I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Pink Queen. I mean, I was excited to order some cute clothes from their website, but when I went to check out, there was no info about how long it would take to get my stuff. So I decided to pay extra for shipping, thinking that would speed things up. But nope, turns out they still take a whole week just to process your order, even if you pay a ton for shipping!

So I reached out to them to see if I could cancel my order, since I didn't want to wait that long. But get this - they wanted to charge me a fee for canceling, even though my stuff hadn't even shipped yet! And to top it off, they took forever to respond to my messages, so it was taking forever to get anything sorted out.

After 10 whole days of waiting, I still hadn't gotten my refund. I had to bug them again just to get my money back. Luckily, they did give me the full amount, so I'm not giving them the lowest rating possible. But still, it was a pretty frustrating experience overall.

So, I recently bought some stuff off of Pink Queen and let me tell ya, I was not impressed. Like, at all. First off, these guys totally stole pictures from other websites to trick ya into thinking you're getting somethin' high quality. But oh nooo, what they send ya is a cheap knock-off that looks nothin' like the picture!

For instance, I ordered some leg warmers and one of them was a completely different size than the other. And the fur pattern wasn't even the same as the dang picture! What a mess.

Now, I've been tryin' to contact these folks to get my money back 'cause this defective mess ain't worth my hard-earned cash. But they keep tellin' me I can still wear the item so they won't give me a refund! What the heck? I sent 'em pictures of how messed up the product was, and they still ain't tryin' to work with me.

So now they want me to pay to ship their crappy stuff all the way back to China. Come on now, Pink Queen. Ain't nobody got time or money for that nonsense.

Long story short, if you're lookin' for some quality clothing or accessories, don't bother with Pink Queen. They're just gonna give you a whole lot of headaches and frustration. Stick with someplace reputable, ya hear?

Wow, I just have to express how totally amazed I am with Pink Queen! I never thought that I'd be so happy with my order, but I am beyond pleased! Can you believe it, gang?! Anyway, I have to say that the bodysuit is PERFECT! I absolutely adore it! I ordered a size larger like everyone suggested and it fit like a glove. I'm a little bit on the curvy side--I'm like 5'3 and weigh 140lbs, but the Large was just right and the colors of the fabric are so bright. Definitely worth the purchase, you dig?

This company that sometimes goes by the name of MelodicDay is something else, let me tell you. I ordered something from Pink Queen (or whatever they want to call themselves) and it was a mess from the get-go. They never sent my order out and every time I reached out to them, they'd give me some bull about high demand and delays. It was weeks of this back-and-forth until I finally had to go to PayPal and file a complaint. Then, all of a sudden, I got a tracking number for my package. But when it finally came, it was the completely wrong item! I mean, come on! Thankfully, they had this tracking number, so PayPal didn't want to hear anything else from me. And wouldn't you know it, they never responded to me again. At that point, I knew I had to do something about it. I filed a complaint with IC3 dot gov because they're based in China, I think. Honestly, us customers don't really have any options when it comes to their location. We just have to try to get their website shut down for a scam. It's a shame.

I made a purchase for a sweatshirt almost two months back and I'm yet to receive any shipping notification. I decided to shoot them an email to find out what's happening and this is their response on the 27th of November:

"Dear esteemed customer, we're truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by this unfortunate situation. We ran a check on your order and realized that the item got lost in transit. As an attempt to rectify the issue, we tried to replace the item but it's regrettable that we ran out of stock for this particular item. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have canceled your order with a promise to refund your money within ten working days".

It's been almost a month since their promise to refund my money and I have sent them three emails since then but they've stopped responding. It's a shame that this has turned out to be such a fraudulent company, everyone should stay as far as possible from them!

So, I recently placed an order for a blue cardigan sweater from Pink Queen's website. It's been 3 and a half weeks, and I'm quite disappointed with what I received in the mail. To say the least, I got something that was completely different from what I ordered. It wasn't a cardigan at all! Instead, what I received is a piece of thin fabric that haphazardly has sleeves, and that's about it. They didn't even have the courtesy to mention anywhere on the website that the item may vary slightly from the picture - as if that's even an excuse for getting something you didn't order!

After contacting them, they told me that if I wanted my money back, I would have to pay for shipping to return the item to them first. It's an absolute scandal! I was really excited to order two coats from pinkqueen.com on October 20, 2020. Unfortunately, it's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten a tracking number for my order. I've asked for a tracking number four times already and I just keep getting the same response: "they have alot of orders for the same thing and it will be a while."

To make things worse, the website isn't even showing that I ordered the coats. I had to do some research on pinkqueen.com and found out that 95% of people have had a problem with this site. If only I had done my research beforehand, I could have avoided all of this trouble.

One of the biggest problems with pinkqueen.com is their refund policy. If you don't cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, they won't refund your entire payment. I wish I had known this sooner because now I can't even get my full refund.

I've heard that pinkqueen.com has sister sites, but I'm not sure what they are. All I know is that other people have complained about them. I'm kicking myself for not doing my research before placing my order.

i bough 3 of the costumes from pinkqueen.com and they were all wicked! i paid extra for fast shipping but it didnt go out as fast as i hoped but i contacted the cusomers service lady, Bella, and she updated me through the whole process. it took 8 days to get my outfits and one of them were out of stock but they all came today, just 5 days late, so it wasnt too bad.

the outfits were just like in the photos and they fit me well. i think that ordering from a store that is so far away, in china, will always take a bit longer to get the things delivered, so don't be freaked out. it took us a minute to get the goods, but it was alright in the end.

dont pay any mind to all those bad reviews cuz for me the outfits were perfect. at first i was scared after reading all the reviews since people were mad with the customer service and stuff. but i will tell you for real, just send them an email and they reply pretty fast. i was kinda rude to them but it didnt matter Bella still helped me out. the shipping wasn't really that fast but all in all, it was ok.

i would rather wait a bit longer and get the good quality stuff than get something that isnt really worth it. the store has got 5 stars from me because even tho they were late with their shipping they managed to email me back every time which was real nice of them. the quality of the outfits is perfect so that was a relief. my husband was glad too when he saw me try them on.

apart from the fact that they are costumes i also plan to wear them on other occasions too since i like to be glamorous and these outfits are just right for me. they have a tail a skirt, a hoodie, a shirt and gloves and leg warmers too! really good stuff. good luck to all of ya who are goin to purchase from them and thank you so much to Bella aka pink queen for doing a great job y'all.

So, I went ahead and ordered a Pink Queen swimsuit and boy, was I impressed! I got myself an XL because I am a curvy lady who struggles to find a bikini that fits just right. I am about 5'6" and weigh around 167lbs. My dress size is an 8, and I measure at 42" bust, 29.5" waist, and 43" hips/butt. To make things even more complicated, my cup size is a whopping 34H. Yes, you read that right, 34H! That's why I have a hard time finding a bikini top that provides comfortable support for my chest.

However, the Pink Queen swimsuit I bought was large enough to hold and cover my chest. It was a strapless top, but I knew I wouldn't feel very secure without the straps. I decided to criss-cross them at the back, which not only tightened the fit and provided more support but also added a trendy twist to my look. I also tried moving the straps to the front, but I was afraid of getting weird tan lines on my chest. The adjustability of this bikini is awesome! Although I had to adjust my breasts periodically, the support was pretty good overall.

The padding was not for me and I needed to take them out because it looked weird on my body. But amazingly, my nipples didn't pop out much. The bottom half was a dream - it fit me like a glove. However, I must warn you that it is a little cheeky, but that's okay. The waist was a little big, but it's the norm for me because of the huge difference I have between my waist and hips, paired with some 'pudge'.

Furthermore, the fabric was really comfy and the color was so vibrant and bright, which is what I wanted. I was told that you couldn't machine wash it, which was a bit disappointing, but hey, there are worse things, right? I was so happy with the quality and design of this swimsuit, especially at such an affordable price range.
