Just Eat review: Just eat needs a new name of eat eventually

Placed a order with KFC and was given a delivery time of 35 minutes ,as i kept checking the tracking of the order it said the order was 1 minute away so i prepared to receive the order after another10 minutes of waiting I rechecked and noticed it said it was going to be another 39 minutes and the courier on thje tracker was miles away doing another deliver.I did eventually receive my order but it was stoine cold and the courier wasn't interested .I tried to call KFC resturant with no luck and then contacted just eat who offered a parcial refund at the time but 18 hours later refused to any compensation .A really bad service and company to use as i will not be placing any more orders through them ----they dont deserve the custom .
