Just Dial review: New business registration process

Mr. Rohit Budhe has not given proper information about business registration and even he is not given proper service too. and he is behaving with me in unprofessional manner. i had already asked him when the 3rd EMI will deduct will i get call, he said yes. but without intimating/without i am getting any call the third EMI has deducted from account which is totally unethical practice. he even did not my KYC profile process. every time i am calling to him to ask the status and other things he is not call me and update me anything and when i ask i was waiting for your call for updating then he always said i was with client, here and there. then who am i ? and what his responsibility after anyone's business registrations with clients?
