Just Dial review: I am complaining about Unnecessary ECS Transaction done at the end of month on 22nd October, 2025
I registered myself with Just Dial on 29th September 2025. While registration they asked me to pay 2 months emi which is around 7700 and they said I will get another emi within next 3 days and there is another emi got deducted on 2nd October, 2025. Post that they said that my next emi will deduct on 10th November and monthly EMI will deduct on 10th of every month. Everything is going smooth and suddenly 22nd October, I got a message from my bank is ECS Returned from Just Dial and on 23rd My Just Dial account i deactivated. My actual ECS is to be presented on 10th November. Most importantly their customer service and my relation ship manager is always sleeping in delhi.
