Just Dial review: Deactivate ecs

I started my mustard oil business in the name of devabhai & sons in ahmedabad few months ago. Meanwhile just dial representive approch me to grow business fastly. Since 6months passed my product is not getting business in this area, I continuesly making losses. Finally I closed my business last month and shut down the firm.
At the time of contract, your represntive has assure me in cash any issue u can stop ecs and cancel the contract.
So its my humble urge to stop ecs and inform me. As when I have not business and incurred continous losses im not able to continue our contract.
Earlier I tryed to explain this over call but no solution. It still solution not find I will file suit for being cheated.
