I also purchase a heli-ball from JoyToys. I emailed prior to Christmas 2018 stating I had not received the shipping information like they had said I would. I received an email back 3 days last that said that they are doing everything they an to ensure Christmas delivery and it will be shipped FedEx. I never received a shipping confirmation or the product. I have emailed 4 times (most recently today) and have not received any response. I did purchase it through PayPal and I have just disputed the charge today.

I too bought from this company. They took money from my account in November. I received a couple of emails over the 3 months. Today I tried to contact them about returning my money and found the company no longer in the system. My email to them was returned to me as undelivered, no such address. It is the same one I have been using. I am more than angry and want my money returned.

I am one very angry great grandmother of twin boys, I ordered 2 of the "ufo heli balls" on12/13/2018 and as of today 09/25/2019 I have yet to receive my order. so I have been on the phone and calling every company thathas joy toy in their name., sooner or later I will get the correct one, and when or if I do whom ever answers the call will get an ear full. I always ask for them to spell their name and also ask for an employee number. I give them my confermed order number and the date order was placed. so far I haven't gotten the right company. thats what we get, a bunch of "crooks", but I will not stop. I am 73yrs. old and have nothing to do but [censored] and raise hell. sooner or later I will hit the right one, and lord have mercy on whom ever is on the other end of the line.

Add me to the list. Order one back in Nov of 2018 and never received the purchase. I did recieve and email about them being overwhelmed with orders and a text that claimed it shipped with a coupon for 20% off next order. Never showed up!

I also placed an order for Heli balls for Christmas and like others, have never received my order from Joy Toys. Sent several emails to there "service department" with the same response about looking into my order and that they were overwhelmed with orders. Well it's now the middle of April 2019 and still no shipment and now no answer to emails. I have asked for a refund several times but still no response. This company is a scam. I advise anyone thinking about ordering anything from them to think twice before doing it.

We also placed an order on about 12/7 for Heli balls for Christmas. Never received even after they emailed saying they were overnighting and we would receive before Christmas. Have disputed charges with Discover.

I also placed an order with Joy Toys the end of November 2018, received an email from a Cindy Cruise saying how the company was new and that they received so many orders leaving them so overwhelmed, but they were going to ship the item priority mail so I would receive it by Christmas. It's February 2019 and it still hasn't arrived. This company is a scam and it needs to be stopped. They need to refund everyone's money.

it was a dummy company set up from china, they have been doing this a lot on facebook and other places i have filed lot of complaints but these guys seem to disappear then return as a different company so beware of these false companies make sure you know where the cpmpany is located they know how to make it look like they are in the united states please people be carefull who you order from

I also placed two orders with this company on 12/16/2018. As of today 01/30/19 I haven't received the orders nor a refund. Have tried to e-mail support center numerous times. Had one response telling me that they would contact me when order would be shipped. No response since that time.

I purchased 3 Heil balls for Christmas presents I received on and was told that it was a new company and that they were overwhelmed by all the orders that they received. They told me the other 2 would be shipped soon I ordered them in early December

I was have requested the BBB in DE check into this company, and they came back with the company is no longer in business. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Washinton State.

I purchased 5 heli balls in late November. Finally came in plain wrapper with no invoice, return info etc. They do not work as advertised. Once charged, they simply fly to the ceiling and then crash. Their return site is closed down. I am out $100 and have disappointed nieces and nephews. Marie Warner
