Don't bring your dog to this store! There's a mean cat running around that scratched my dog's face while we were paying. Thankfully, my dog only has two scars on her snout instead of being blind. The store manager said the cat has to stay. Be careful! This happened out of nowhere.

This is my first time trying out Feeders Pet Supply, and I gotta say, it's gonna be my last. So, on 11/18, I placed an order for curbside pickup at their store in ***, KY. They charged me $87.92 on 11/21, and I thought everything was good to go. But then, I called them up on 11/22 because I noticed that the charge was still there and my bank hadn't received any refund from them yet.

Now, let me tell you, the lady I spoke to was not the friendliest. She told me to contact my bank, but I already did that and they hadn't gotten any money back from Feeders Pet Supply. When I explained this to her, she just said that corporate would call me and then hung up. Well, guess what? No one called me back.

So, this morning, I decided to reach out to Feeders Pet through their website. I talked to ***, and they said they were working on it and that a manager would have to get in touch with me. But here's the thing, I still don't know if my refund has been processed, who this manager is, or if anyone will actually contact me. They didn't give me any details about what the store plans to do about this whole situation. They said I would get an email from the manager, but guess what? I haven't received anything yet.

It's been over two weeks now, and all I want is my money back.
