Joybuy

The first item ordered was an auto glass breaker, ordered 11/21. It was due to be delivered 12/4. The item never arrived. I reached out to Joybuy and they directed me to Walmart, the platform where the item was sold. Walmart refunded my money. As of today, 12/14, the item has still not arrived and is shown as "missing." The second item was a woman's jacket. It was supposed to be delivered 12/13 and never arrived. UPS was listed as the carrier, however UPS has no record whatsoever of even having received the package. Seeing tracking "stuck" I reached out to JoyBuy prior to the 13th. After multiple conversations, they said the item appeared to be lost in transit and offered me a refund, giving me 48 hours to accept. I accepted that same day. They have responded 3 more times, but have reneged on their offer to refund. Now they say they are investigating further. As of today, the item still has not been located. I ended up reaching out to Walmart yet again and they will take care of the refund. However, Walmart informed me that JoyBuy has received numerous complaints about this same issue and they are now investigating the company to determine if they will remove the company from their platform.

I gotta say, Joybuy is not a good store at all. I had the misfortune of buying a backpack from them on January 23, 2019. The website said it would be shipped within 3 days, but it's been a hot minute and my order still hasn't been shipped. I'm starting to think this is one of those scam sites that just takes your money and runs. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Joybuy, that's for sure.

I bought some ear buds from Joybuy but they never arrived. I called Wal-Mart and they gave me an email address to contact Joybuy. I tried reaching out to the company but I never got a response. I'm really disappointed and I won't be buying anything from them again. It seems like they're just a scam company.

So, I bought this thing from Walmart, right? And then I saw that it was gonna go to some place that wasn't even my house! I called up Walmart and they were like, "Oh, you gotta talk to the third party seller, Joybuy." So I called up Joybuy and they were like, "Nah, man, you gotta talk to Walmart." It was like a game of hot potato or something.

Anyway, long story short, the thing ended up getting sent to some address that I've never even heard of before. And nobody helped me out or explained what was going on. It was a real bummer, you know? Like, I just wanted my thing to come to my house, not some random place that I don't even know.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from Joybuy if you can help it. They don't seem to have their act together when it comes to shipping and customer service. Maybe try a different seller next time.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Joybuy. I been waitin' for my order for almost a whole month now, and that ain't right. I was really excited to get my hands on a laser hair remover from Joybuy. I ordered it back in August of 2021 and was hoping to have it in my hands within a few weeks. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

This company, Joybuy, is not worth your time or money. I made the mistake of purchasing a product from them and it turned out to be a complete waste. The worst part is that when I tried to return it, they had this weird 37 day return policy. And wouldn't you know it, my product stopped working on day 40.

I reached out to their customer service and they gave me a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't refund my money or replace the item. It was a complete nightmare. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer at all.

If you're thinking about buying from Joybuy, I would strongly advise against it. They don't stand behind their products and their customer service is terrible. It's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually cares about their customers.

In conclusion, buyer beware! Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Joybuy and find a company that values their customers and stands behind their products.

So, I was looking for a way to connect my hose to the water faucet and decided to give Joybuy a try. I ordered the product and was told that it would arrive in a month. However, it took way longer than that for me to finally get my hands on it. I was pretty disappointed with the delay, especially since I was really looking forward to using it.

To make matters worse, the product didn't come with any directions on how to use it. I had to figure it out on my own, which was a bit of a hassle. I had to call the company multiple times to find out why my order was taking so long to arrive. It was frustrating to say the least.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Joybuy to anyone. The delay in shipping and lack of instructions were major drawbacks for me. I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again anytime soon.

So, I bought something from Joybuy and when it arrived, the box was all messed up. Plus, there was a little metal rod missing that was supposed to hold up a shelf. I tried to put the shelf up twice, but it just wouldn't work without that rod. I sent them a picture of the problem, but they said there was nothing wrong with it. I mean, come on! And to top it off, the thing didn't even look like the picture on the website. What a bummer.

Joybuy is not a good place to shop. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered something and it was missing from my order. When I contacted them, they gave me the runaround. They told me to check with my neighbors, the post office, and even my bank! I responded to every email they sent me, but they still closed my file because they said they hadn't heard from me. I tried calling the number they provided, but all I got was voicemail. They never gave me a replacement or a refund. I feel like they ripped me off. I would not recommend shopping at Joybuy.

So, I had a bit of a problem with Joybuy. I ordered something and they sent me the wrong thing. Instead of what I ordered, they sent me some children's clothes. I was pretty upset about it, so I decided to complain. I told them that I was going to go to Walmart Customer Care and the Federal Trade Commission if they didn't fix the problem.

After a bit of back and forth, they finally gave me a refund. They also told me to keep the pants they sent me. I don't really need them, so I'm going to give them to a charity.

Honestly, I'm not really impressed with Joybuy. If they can't even get my order right, how can I trust them with anything else? I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. If you do have a problem, though, it seems like threatening to go to Walmart and the FTC might get their attention.
