I bought a bed and Deep freezer at Russell's Somerset East around March 2019 buy last year around Jan had a problem with a bed so I phoned them to tell them they agree to change it to give me a new one but due to Covid they couldn't so they said in level one they will give me since today I'm still waiting for them they took my details but everytime i go to the store I must provide my details because they no longer have them and what annoys me is that the is no feedback from them I must use my own money to go and ask them the lady that was helping me was Cynthia she gives bad attitude when I went to ask the last time. I'm really disappointed at them I mean I bought all that cash now they have my money they don't care. If wanna contact me can call [protected] Ncumisa Gcume
