Jordan's Furniture review: Klausner furniture set

We purchased this set from Jordan's in May 2022 and it was delivered in June. Since then we have called them out for them to fix different pieces of the set, (We paid for the Protection Plan - $176) 4 times there has been nothing but problems with them. One of the problems, one of the arms on the couch has been taken out this time to be fixed at the shop after 2 failed attempts to do so. I have had them replace two of the switches and had them fill a few of the pieces because they were not as puffy as the rest. Now since I am not home on the weekends as I work I have to wait 3 weeks for them to come to my house to replace the arm rest and the switch. I believe this will be the first and last time we purchase from Jordan's.
