This place is a total disaster!
This place is a total disaster! I saved up for years to buy a new camper, but it was a total nightmare from the start. They made me buy their hitch system, but they installed it all wrong! As soon as I drove off the lot, I could tell something was off. My car was struggling to pull the weight and it was dragging downhill. I sent them pictures and they told me it was supposed to be crooked! I even called them again and they said it was fine. But after driving 1000 miles, I had to take matters into my own hands. I contacted the hitch system manufacturer and they confirmed it was installed wrong. I had to pay to fix it, but it caused major damage to my car and the camper. The camper was brand new and now it's ruined. The dealership won't take any responsibility and I'm left to sue them. This was supposed to be a great experience, but it's cost me over 50k in damages. Stay away from this place!

I bought an RV from Johnston RV Center in February at the Huntsville show. When I picked it up a few days later, I noticed some cosmetic issues and wrote them down. The dealership assured me they would fix them and to submit them on my punch list. One issue was the crinkling paper on the walls and chipped paint on the back from the slide out. They said I had 12 months to submit my punch list and bring the RV in. I called in November to ask if I should fax over my punch list, but they said to bring it with the camper. I took it to Johnston RV on January 9, and they estimated it would take a month to fix. I started calling in February, but they kept saying they were waiting on parts. By the end of March, they stopped answering my calls. I threatened to drive over there and take the day off work, and they finally called me back within 10 minutes. I picked up the camper on April 10, and only 9 items were "done." Kelli Jo from the service department said they would handle the rest of the punch list. Since April, I've been waiting for them to give me the list of what would be fixed and the date to bring it back. I've sent emails asking for updates, and Kelli Jo said she was working on it, but I haven't heard anything since June 17.
