call back. Finally, after another week of waiting, I received a call saying that the warranty requests had been submitted and the repairs would be scheduled.

When I brought my camper back in for the repairs, I was met with more frustration. The service department seemed disorganized and unprepared. They didn't have the necessary parts on hand and had to order them, causing further delays. It took several weeks for the repairs to be completed, and even then, I wasn't confident that everything had been fixed properly.

Throughout this whole ordeal, communication was a major issue. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone at the dealership, and when I did, they often seemed uninformed or uninterested in helping. I had to constantly follow up and remind them of the issues I was experiencing.

Overall, my experience with Sun Camper RV has been extremely disappointing. From the delayed loan payoff to the lack of attention to warranty repairs, it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I regret trading in my motorhome and purchasing from them. I would not recommend Sun Camper RV to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership.

We bought a travel trailer from Sun Campers in ***, . We paid extra for the warranty. We've been calling for over 2 years to get it repaired. They keep saying someone will call us back, but they never do. They say they'll make an appointment, but they never do. They often don't answer the phone or say the service person isn't available. After 2 years of calling, this is definitely not true. Either refund the warranty money I paid or fix all the issues we've brought to you. I'll keep reviewing this place everywhere I can to let people know that Sun Campers in ***, *** doesn't care and are basically thieves.

Suncoast Liquidators bought a duplicate license tag for my new R.V. that wasn't needed and won't give me back my $67.10. To whom it may concern... August 28 This complaint is against Sun Camper R.V. at ***. *** XXXXX Office phone: (XXX) XXX-XXXX Email: *** Salesperson: *** In May my wife and I were buying a 2019 No Bo travel trailer from Sun Camper R.V. in *** When we made the contract, I told the salesperson, ***, that we already had a license plate on our trade-in and it would be transferred to the No Bo. He agreed and said we would get a refund for the license plate from $180.00 shown in the contract. On 5/29 we paid for and picked up the 2019 No Bo and at that time our license tag was transferred from the R-pod to our new No Bo, like *** explained. He gave us a vehicle registration dated 5/29 for the transferred tag with a transfer fee of $2.00. On the Florida vehicle registration it says that the Florida license plate must stay with the owner when the vehicle is sold and the registration must be taken to a tag agency to transfer it to a replacement vehicle, which Sun Camper RV did. After a couple of weeks, I contacted *** about the refund from the $180.00 in the contract. A few days later, I got a refund check for $36.15 and a new Florida license plate dated 6/16 for the No Bo for $67.10 in the mail. I contacted *** and told him that I didn't need a new license plate and I already told him that when I bought the RV. *** said they got a new license plate because "that's the way the system is set up." As we agreed, I returned the new license plate and asked for the $67.10 to be refunded. This is money that I should have gotten instead of buying a license plate that I don't need. For the next 6 weeks, I called Sun Camper RV many times and talked to different employees and left voicemails. On a couple of occasions, they said they were working on the refund and it was with the accounting and title department. They never called back for many weeks until I mentioned taking further action on 8/21. *** called me and said they won't refund the $67.10. They never admitted that they shouldn't have bought a duplicate license plate. They only said they won't refund the money because they can't get the $67.10 back from the tag agency (the money that should have been sent to me.) I told her that I won't accept this and I will file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com to solve this issue. Thank you for understanding. Sincerely
