The service department is sooo slow and unprofesh. They never pick up the phone, and the peeps working there are just plain lazy, dishonest, and don't know what they're doing. And the manager? Ugh, clueless or maybe just part of the problem. SMH.

RV's of Sacramento I paid 895 for gap insurance on our contract

I paid 895 for gap insurance on our contract. We cancelled our gap 5 years early and only got back 23 dollars. The gap insurance company said the policy was only 395 dollars. So I called RV of Sac and asked why I was charged an extra 500.00 dollars. Their response was to call the insurance company. I told them I did, but the guy didn't want anything to do with me afterwards.

Be careful, the service department doesn't use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, so the warranty on the parts they use is only one year instead of two. A lower-quality part for the water heater stopped working after 14 months, and the service manager said they can use aftermarket parts if they want to and won't replace the failed part. I reached out to Jayco and the water heater manufacturer to inform them that this dealer is installing inexpensive parts under the Jayco warranty.

RV's of Sacramento I bought my RV at RV's of Sacramento

I bought my RV at RV's of Sacramento. The experience was great. I brought my RV in for repairs in December . They inspected it and said they needed to contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage. I had to call back multiple times and even had to go there in person. They gave me an appointment date to drop off my RV on April 13th. It's been 4 months since then, and as of today, June 16th, they still haven't worked on my RV! I'm really disappointed with their service. I've been making payments for an RV that I don't even have, and I've lost months of warranty coverage. I won't go back there again, and I won't recommend RV's of Sacramento to anyone.

RV's of Sacramento We bought a part from this place

We bought a part from this place. A piece of the part sat on their shelf for 2-3 weeks and they never told us it was in. Meanwhile, we found the part somewhere else and tried to cancel this order. They said they would "try" to cancel it. We called many times to check if the cancellation was done. They said they would check and get back to us. They never checked and never refunded the credit card. After 2 months of phone calls, we went to their office. They said part of the part was in but not all of it. We canceled the order (showing them the list of times we tried) and sat there until someone refunded the credit card account. Good thing we kept track of how often and who we talked to. No one wanted to take responsibility for the transaction and the lack of response.

RV's of Sacramento I bought a new RV in April 2022, but the fridge hasn't worked since day one

I bought a new RV in April 2022, but the fridge hasn't worked since day one. I called them, and they said it worked before I left the lot. I've called many times, but they haven't helped at all. They sent me to the manufacturer, who sent me to the fridge manufacturer, who sent me to a local repair guy. This repair guy wants me to pay out of pocket and hope for warranty reimbursement. The dealer didn't do anything to help; I had to handle everything myself. Their customer service is nonexistent. Instead of asking how they can assist, they just tell me to call someone else because it's not their problem. The repair guy has been here three times, going through the required troubleshooting steps, only to find out that it's not a single part issue. The entire cooling unit needs to be replaced, and I'm being quoted $6,000 for it. The repair guy says there's no way this fridge worked at the lot. They sold me an RV with a broken fridge, and they knew it. When I ask for help, I'm left to deal with it on my own. They are dishonest, lack integrity, and provide no support. They are condescending and dismissive. Once they have your money and you leave, they don't care about you or what they've put you through.

RV's of Sacramento We bought our RV from RV's of Sacramento in 2015 'cause it was the only place around that had the one we wanted

We bought our RV from RV's of Sacramento in 2015 'cause it was the only place around that had the one we wanted. Should've known they were sketchy 'cause they charged us extra for stuff like sewer hoses and attachments. We've had to contact them twice since then and both times they've given us the runaround. Last time was in May when I called 'em 'cause our table got stolen. I made it clear that we needed a whole new table and stand. After 4 phone calls and broken promises, they finally ordered the table for me. At first, they said it was $65, but then they called back and said it was actually $125 plus $20 for delivery. Not happy, but we needed it for a camping trip in July, so I paid up. The table arrived at the end of June and it was just the tabletop! I called 'em six times and they promised to call me back every time. Finally, the parts manager called me back and said she'd take care of it and call me the next day. Two days later, they blame me for only ordering the tabletop and say I gotta pay another $150 for the base. What a joke! A $65 purchase turned into $295 after two months, and the base wouldn't even arrive in time for our trip. I'm done! I ordered the part from somewhere else and reported this awful company to someone else. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
