I bought a used RV from Happy Campers RV Sales & Service in the summer of 2021
I bought a used RV from Happy Campers RV Sales & Service in the summer of 2021. They sold me a warranty, but now I'm trying to cancel it and get some money back. They said I could cancel it and get some money back, but they haven't responded to me yet. Every month that goes by, they take more money away. I want to cancel it because it hasn't covered anything and I've had to pay thousands of dollars in repairs. I think they knew about some problems with the RV, but they didn't tell me.

I wanna say thanks to the peeps who helped me check out a truck after hours when I drove an hour to get there. But, don't put a $100 down to hold a vehicle until you know 100% you are getting it. I asked a bunch of times, will I get my money back if I don't get the vehicle? They said "Yes" every time. But now, they're saying since I applied for a loan and it was approved I DON'T get a refund for the vehicle I didn't buy? I had personal stuff come up that put me in a situation where I'm not in the market for a vehicle anymore. I live over an HOUR away from Lafayette. They told me to apply for the loan online to see if it was a good deal or not so I wouldn't have to drive multiple hours a day. But it wasn't the best deal for me at the time. Now, I'm out $100 that I could really use right now. Shop at your own risk, be smarter than me and don't get scammed like I did!
