Order #[protected]. Tracking # AQ02504884CN On May 22 and May 23rd I placed an order for a sewing machine that had gone on sale for 2693. Unfortunately I have to use 2 different cards the 1st 1 to support didn't go through such another card and that 1 through however I have to different cards with the same account payment. Payment was taken from a company by the name of, Crescate.

I received notice That Delivery was on the following day.. I anticipate happily waiting for my delivery, however no delivery. Checking 17 track that day reportedly said it had been delivered to my home and it had been signed by someone having the received that parcel. However the tracking number was removed from Track 17 the following day. Stops, transfers. passing inspection at the port of entry had been removed.

Once I called an agent and indicated my situation, we were cut, no follow up. Since I had no order number there was nothing she could do
