Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores review: Appearance and building for my location

This is regarding the New Hartford, NY location of Joann Fabrics. I love Joann's! I'm not sure what our area would do without it. We have a Hobby Lobby and I like that store too, but it doesn't carry what Joann's does. By the appearance of our store I am concerned that headquarters is considering closing our location and that would be such a loss to us!

1. it's unfortunate that the strip mall our location is in is a mess. The owner finally did something about the roof after a long period of time with leakage upon product. Everything is so shabby. The bathrooms are atrocious!

2. Our location is very dirty. Maintenance is not being done as far as floors being swept and the bathrooms being cleaned. Every single aisle has debris, things that have fallen from the shelves and much dust on the floors. I don't know when the last time was it was attended to. What a shame. I've been to the Syracuse locations when I have occasion to get there, and this is not happening! They have nice facilities.
