Jimmy Jazz Air max 95 people ess

I visited Jimmy Jazz (JJ) on 03rd March 2023. I showed “Aaron” a picture of the sneakers (Nike Air Max 95 ultra with white tick) I wanted. He told me JJ had the above sneakers but not in 81/2 (UK) so I opted for size 9 (UK). “Aaron” brought the boxed sneakers to the till area but as I got to the till “Latoya” left the area to speak with someone. I waited for her conversation to end but on returning to the till “Latoya” stopped to speak with another person and at this stage I told “Aaron” that I would return for the sneakers. I returned approximately 30 minutes later and explained to “Latoya” that I had returned for the sneakers. She had no recollection so I showed her the picture from my phone. At this stage she retrieved a nearby box, showed me the sneakers in the box and asked if it was size 9. I confirmed it was size 9 (UK) but told her I didn’t want the box. I paid $190.58 from my credit card. However I returned the sneakers the following day (04th March 23) at approximately 18:30 as I realised I had been sold the wrong sneakers (Air Max 95 Ess). I explained that I was sold the wrong sneakers and wanted to exchange it for the Air Max Ultra (showed them the picture from my phone). I was told JJ didn’t have the sneakers I wanted. I therefore asked for a refund. A male staff member then placed a call to a man who identified himself as the manager. The situation was explained to him but he said he couldn’t give me a refund because I did not have the box, despite the fact that I had the receipt. “Latoya” had not told me about the no box no refund rule even though she insisted to the contrary. The manager further claimed that he would take a loss if he gave me a refund so I asked for a credit note but this too was rejected. I am left with no alternative but to stop the payment made to JJ as I do not want the sneakers you surreptitiously sold to me.

Jimmy Jazz Shoes from Jimmy Jazz

They sent me shoes without the lace locks they come with. They don’t answer their customer service line, they don’t do returns at physical locations and YOU have to pay to ship the item to you AND back to them when returning. Worst customer service. It’s border line a scam an entrapment into forcing people to keep their purchase whether you’re satisfied or not.

Desired outcome: RETURN full refund and shipping costs refunded.

Jimmy Jazz In-store return policy - associate gave me the wrong shoe size

On August 15, 2022, I went to Jimmy Jazz in Southlake mall in Hobart Indiana to purchase a pair of puma sneakers for my daughter who started school on August 24, 2022. The display size that she tried on was a size 2 youth/kids. I asked the associate who had AirPods in his ear and talking on his phone if he could get me the shoes in a size 2 or a 2 1/2. He stated that they did not sell 2 half sizes but he could get me a size 2, he went to the back of the store and came out with a pair of sneakers and took them straight to the register to the associate to check me out. The associate rang the shoes up and put them in a bag and told me the total and I paid with my debit card. He never asked me to verify the size and I did not double-check them when I got home. The day that my daughter tried to wear them on her first day of class she said they were too small and I checked the size to find out they were a size 1 and not the size 2 we asked for at the store. I packed the shoes back into the same Jimmy Jazz bag and could not locate the paper sales receipt as it was placed in the bag at the store but could have fallen out of the bag thereafter. Anyhow, I checked the in-store return policy online before heading to the mall and I read that " The store will refund you to your original payment method. Without the receipt, you can only receive store credit that you can spend on Jimmy Jazz merchandise. So that was great because all I wanted was the correct size which is an even exchange, right?! I walked into the store and told the guy at the register that the associate gave me a different size than I had requested and paid for and that I just wanted to exchange the shoes for the correct size. I asked for the correct size which is an even exchange. I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT. I was told that they could not help me unless I had the paper receipt that I was given, I offered to show my bank statement that proves my purchase from this store and he said that they can only exchange the shoes with the receipt from the store. I explained what I saw online about their return policy and he told me that must be an old policy because as of today they need the receipt or they cannot exchange the unworn shoes in the same box from their store and the same bag from their store. He gave me back the same shoes I walked in with which are the wrong size that I never asked for and told me to have a good day.

Desired outcome: Please Exchange- I'd Appreciate a response and an explanation about this return policy

Jimmy Jazz Customer service

I was on the line for about 2 - 3 hours waiting for a pair of Jordan's and once they let all the raffle winners go I was next and the manager started to call people that wasn't on the line and she also started sending sneakers to her car with people then stated they no longer had my size when no one that went in while I was on the line brought the size I needed . The release was fraud and it's unfair to make people wait and then do something so wrong .

Jimmy Jazz Manger in your hattiesburg mississippi area.

Your manger Kevin has sexual harassed me. This is not right at all. I shouldn't have to feel like I possessed to have sex or give into a store manger. I feel so uncomfortable even going into the mall. I will be pressing charges against him and the store because I know that there are cameras there. I've also know for a fact that he has been getting a profit off of your shoes whenever there is a big star Jordan comes out. I've have seen him do this on several occasions. I have seen him open up the store early on special releases just to sell the shoes that he have already gotten paid for. I've had a ticket or two got called and I was there to pick up my shoes but was told that I didn't get called. I'm sorry but that is the worst manger you have at your 730 store he is disrespectful I'm unconsidered person that I've known of. If something is not done actions will take place.

Jimmy Jazz Customer service and the whole online business model they have. They have no accountability

This was my online conversation with jimmy jazz "customer service department" today 2/19/21 5 hours after they sent me an email that my order had been modified according to their shipping department, mind you they had a full 4 days to let me know about this change or unavailability of the sneakers in question? (the online jimmy jazz manager who said there was nobody else I could speak to about my issue and that she definitely could not do anything for me and that I couldnt cancel the order because ironically the order had already been shipped out the same day they informed me that there was a problem with my original order and that it had been modified...?! Her name was sierra - 5:30pm -6pm on thursday 2/19/21

Ffwd-me - listen i'm not trying to be disrespectful but the refund is the obvious thing are you seriously responding to me earlier email with "here's a refund"?

I'm talking about why would you have some thing that's on your site that's available at one time when I placed the order it was clearly available and then when you actually confirm the ship the time(s) four days later it's not available anymore, that's not fair to me? And it's certainly not fair to my son who is supposed to be receiving those sneakers as a gift for his birthday?!

So again my question to you and your company is what else are you going to do for me for this extremely frustrating inconvenience? Send me a coupon for future orders? A discounted future credit 20% off coupon? Something for my inconvenience and the fact that i'm not receiving what I originally ordered? This isn't my fault the responsibility falls on yiu which is completely your company‘s fault it's not my fault that that happened?

Please call or text me if you cannot resolve this issue or cancel my entire order!

Jimmy jazz modified my order due to according to your supervisor "quality control issues beyond your control" so they didn't ship out a pair of sneakers that I had ordered sunday but they wait until 4 days to tell me the sneakers are sold out? Gtfoh my first and last time ever ordering from trashy jimmy jazz I should have known once a crook always a crook. Then you have the nerve to tell me I can't cancel my order because the package already shipped? You guys suck i'm definite negative yelping you and reporting you to the bbb you guys are a fraud and just want to take peoples money and then basically ffffff them! You suck! Jimmy Jazz Sneaker return

I purchased sneakers on march 28th and they were too big, so I returned my sneakers. They were nike air force 1s ($100.00+ sneakers). The return was received on may 4th, a mere 6 days later than the apparent policy of 30 days to return an item. I asked if there was any exception they would be able to make due to the covid19 pandemic and delays in every which way one could do business right now or even go about normal living. The representative told me no, so I asked to speak with a superviser. The superviser was completely rude and said that there is nothing they would be able to do and that he is the highest level of management I could speak to. So, not only was I given absolutely no flexibility given the global pandemic, but I was also denied to even be able to push my issue further. Not to mention, I am a first time customer and mentioned this on the call. Outrageous, and completely negligent of the difficult times everyone is dealing with right now. I will never shop here again.

Today i go to Jazz franchise near kohat committee to open new they told me that its cost is Rs:200 i told them them that every where Jazz sim are free Anyhow i paid Rs:200 then i give them my CNIC to register it when i came home it was not regestired
So i got angry & broked my SIM

Jimmy Jazz recent purchase

I ordered some shoes for my son (black nike huarache run size 6.5) and they sent me womens shoes size 6.5 (which are too small obviously). I went to the store to exchange them and i was instructed that they cannot take returns or exchanges in store. I followed the ridiculous return instructions only to find out they no longer have my son's shoes for the same price. So...not only do I not have shoes for him but I also have to pay $6.95 to return shoes that I don't even get to keep! So they send the wrong thing and I have to pay for it...great customer service Jimmy Jazz! Actually it's terrible and I will never buy online from them again! Worst return process I have ever encountered!

I walked into the store located at Cross Creek Mall, in Fayetteville NC; the staff were standing in the front of the store cursing and talking to one another. No one acknowledged me, I just walked out. I went in to purchase my son a pair of sneakers, some jeans and spray ground backpack. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything due to the bad business.

Jimmy Jazz theft

My returned items were sent back to the warehouse signed for by rene on may 30, 2018 however all items were not giving a refund for I have been dealing with the issue for 4 days now. I have spoken with fedex the total weight of the package sent out to the warehouse equals the weight of the items ship to you.  someone purposely did not log in the sock dart se shoes and refund the purchase price of $59.95  I need to speak with someone asap about the matter for a fraud/theft complaint! I will never purchase from them again!

Jimmy Jazz customer service when ordering

I tried to order shoes online I had issues I called the customer service number to get help the first girl told me what to do when I hung up I tried again it didn't work I called back the second lady hung up on me. I called to speak to a manager who helped me order and said she would email me the order number and order stuff I never received it so I called back two days later my email and while order was wrong. The lady I spoke with fixed it. My husband and I both both coach sports and ordered from here to see if we can start getting this through here easier obviously not and I will never order again this was the first and worse experience I have ever had. Not professional messed up not only once but several times I will be sure to let other coaches know the experience we had. It wasn't a complicated order it was one pair of shoes to see how your product was now I'm afraid to find out.

I went to Jimmy Jazz at Gastonia, NC in the Mall. I asked man to check not size of Michael Jordan shoes. He speaking which I don't understand. Jimmy Jazz poor in-store customer service

My sons and I visited the Jimmy Jazz store in the Greenville Mall located in Greenville, NC on 4/1/17. We waited a long time in line for service. There were 2 sales associates on the floor, 2 more and a manager behind the counter. No one offered an explanation as to why we weren't being helped. Once we finally did get help, they charged my debit card twice during the transaction. I saw the charges about 30 minutes later when I checked my account online. The sales associates and manager insisted they didn't make a mistake and that I needed to call my bank - on a Saturday. I asked for another manager. She was called on the phone and although she did not speak to me, the manager in front of me insisted she said the same thing. I then asked for a corporate number, the store number and the manager's name. That was a complete waste of time because they don't even have weekend customer service hours. I searched their site and found no way to register a complaint. The money is back in my account now, no thanks to the Jimmy Jazz staff.

Jimmy Jazz customer service

I ordered a Nike online for $39.99. When I received the confirmation, it showed that I had 3 shoes. I immediately sent an email about the discrepency. On Monday morning, I called to confirm that received my email and to correct my order. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to return them at cost to me. Since I only ordered 1 shoe, I do not believe it is my issue and I should not pay to return the extra shoes. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who was no help. I told him I would reject the order and he said "that's fine, but you will receive a refund less your shipping charge". There was no trying to help since their site is the issue and always has error messages. I will not be ordering from them again. Buyer beware!

Jimmy Jazz they haven't cancelled my order, but the rep promised to

I ordered shoes from the website www.JimmyJazz.com. But on the same day I decided to cancel the order, ‘coz I found a lot of complaints about this company. I called to the customer services, but the agent told me that he could cancel it tomorrow. I agreed, but on the next day I received the confirmation from the seller that my order was shipped. WTF? I again called to the customer services, but the agent told me that now it was impossible to cancel the order, and he hasn’t explained why they haven’t cancelled it before. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

I have purchase 3 pairs of shoes but did not receive confirmation email. I sent up to 7 emails asking to provide me with shipping details or confirmation email, but no one answered my questions. Tracking info is not provided. Online tracking does not work.
Poor service. NO customer support. I guess they check emails but ignore them.
