Jiffy Lube review: Too much oil and fuel additive... No response from jiffy lube

They will not respond to any correspondence. I wish I could leave a -5 star. They put too much oil in my car and an additive that has caused Catalytic Converter issues and it has to be replaced. I had three different diagnostic to prove this. I have tried to contact Jiffy Lube...left message at store and this is a franchise operation so they really don't care...Mr Moore's father and son. They should because they still use the name Jiffy Lube and it gives the other stores a bad name...if they even care. Such horrible service and even more horrible customer service.
