We went to JGW and were promised by the sales people that they could settle our debt within six months. This started in January of 2025. Today is the last day of March 2026 and it’s still unresolved.

The sales people also told us they could negotiate a lower total bill. That didn’t happen. No mention was made that our credit card company was difficult to negotiate with.

If you call you’ll never talk to the same person twice, literally everyone we speak with tells us something different.

Finally, we paid my credit card in full and JGW is still charging us fees. They will not stop. They kept our money and never paid of the debt. I assume that if they do pay off the debt in one lump sum, JGW will lose all the monthly fees they charge.

Oh, do not fall for the “monthly legal protection” fee. It literally means nothing. If the case is given to an attorney to “negotiate” you’ll catch those legal fees too.

As it stands today we owe our full starting amount plus JGWs fee and legal fees.

JGW is worse than a Mafia backed loan.

Recommendation: Run fast in the other direction. FRAUD, SCAM, thieves.
