Jewelscent is the bomb! I can't get enough of their amazing products! I was buying so much that I decided to become a consultant and share my love for this company with everyone! The candles are out of this world! They smell so good and fill up my whole house with their amazing aroma! And don't even get me started on the bath bombs! They are seriously the best! I love the rings too! I wear them every day and get so many compliments on them!

I've never sold anything before, but I decided to become a consultant for Jewelscent because I love the company so much! They really take care of their customers and want everyone to be happy and keep coming back for more! If you have any issues, they will do their best to correct the problem and make sure you are satisfied! I've never had any problems with them and neither have my customers!

I don't know what negative feedback some people are leaving on here, but it doesn't sound like anything I have dealt with or that my customers have dealt with! There are so many different scents and products to choose from on JewelScent's website, it can be overwhelming! My dad sent me and my daughter some of their products, which were absolutely stunning. However, there was one little problem - he didn't choose the right ring sizes for us. So, I decided to give JewelScent a try and ordered a few candles to see if I wanted to sell them. Gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The scents were just okay, nothing special. It was like someone mixed some essential oils into some plain old wax. Not impressed.

But that's not even the worst part. Two of the candles I got didn't even have wicks above the wax line! I had to carve out some of the wax just to light them. And don't even get me started on the rings. Every single candle had a $15 junk ring inside. Some of them were cute, but most of them were just plain ugly. And for the price I paid, I expected something a little nicer.

Honestly, I think these candles might be a good gift for a teenager, but for $24-$25 plus shipping, it's just not worth it. And the company needs to be more transparent about what percentage of their candles actually have valuable jewelry in them. Saying that they randomly put the jewelry in is just a way to avoid giving an honest answer. It feels like a scam to me.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend JewelScent. There are better candles out there for the same price or less.

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with JewelScent. I signed up for this subscription where I get a fancy candle every month for 50 bucks. But when I called to cancel, they asked for my credit card number for "verification purposes." Next thing I know, they charged me for some identity security subscription that I didn't even want! They give you a code and tell you your new identity theft packet is on its way, but they don't explain how to get a refund. And to top it off, they hang up on you after making you wait on hold for like 5 minutes. And let me tell you, their accent was so thick that I could barely understand them.

But here's the kicker: the rings that come with the candles are total garbage. Like, seriously, don't waste your time. But the candles themselves do smell pretty good. Although, I did find the same scent at Kohl's for only 10 bucks. So, I guess the joke's on them. I used a card that was already cancelled, so they couldn't charge me for their stupid identity program. And my wife bought the candles with PayPal, which I cancelled right away. So, ha! I gotta say, I've tried a lot of these JewelScent products and they all smell so good! My hubby and kiddos are big fans too. The customer service has always been great to me, which is a big plus. One time, my mom ordered a candle and forgot to use the code to get a free ring and pendant. I emailed customer service and they got back to me the same day. They said they could fix it for us this one time and they did! The ring and pendant were a beautiful light blue color and my mom gave them to my aunt as a Christmas present. She loved them!

My kids especially love the candles, bath bombs, soap, and body scrubs. We order from JewelScent all the time and it's always exciting to wait for our products to arrive. We can't wait to smell our favorite scents and find that surprise ring inside! All of the rings I've gotten have been so pretty and I wear a couple of them all the time.

My experience with JewelScent was terrible. My fiance got me a rose-scented candle and an extra ring for Valentine's Day. The rings were supposed to be size 7, but I got Bamboo Rain scent beads and rings that were sizes 9 and 10. We tried to get the mistake fixed, but they didn't do anything for us. My fiance spent almost $40, and I got the wrong item. They didn't fix their mistake, and they didn't refund him the money that was way over the cost of the item I actually received. After shipping and taxes, the item I received should've only been around $28, so he is owed $12 that they are refusing to refund him. They won't even let us return the product for a refund because I "broke the seal." The only seal was the box the item was shipped in. The lid was barely even on the jar for the beads. I am thoroughly disappointed in this company, and I will definitely be telling anyone I know NOT to waste their money on this scam.

I'm a young adult trying to make it in today's society, so I don't end up living with my relatives until I'm 30. That's why I decided to check into mlm business schemes to use as a side hustle. JewelScent is a really cool business with brilliant ideas. I love their products! So, I decided maybe I should become a consultant. However, right after I signed up and read the agreement that I wouldn't be able to collaborate with other people that sell competitive products, I realized selling for JewelScent just wasn't for me. I have many friends that sell other products on the side, and I would love to collaborate with them.

So, I contacted customer service, and within a day, I received a very understanding kind response. I also received a full refund since I wasn't yet a VIP. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, as someone with customer service experience, I know. So, I thought they deserved a really good review for solving my issue in a kind timely manner.

I will definitely remain a customer and continue to boost their business by telling my friends about it. Just selling it is not for me at this point in my life. It may be for some people though. Overall, I think JewelScent is a great company with fantastic products. Their candles are amazing, and the jewelry inside is a fun surprise. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I've been buying stuff from JewelScent for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. The candles barely smell when you light them, so I stopped buying those. The wax tarts are pretty good, but they only smell good for a couple of warm-ups before they start smelling like wax. So I decided to try out their bath bombs, soap, and scrubs. The soap is just plain bad, and the scrubs are just okay. But the bath bombs are amazing! They smell great and make my skin feel so soft.

But let me tell you, their customer service is terrible! I placed an order on July 13th, and by July 18th, it still hadn't been shipped. So I emailed them to ask what was going on, and they finally got back to me a few days later saying that the company had closed down. They didn't even bother to tell me before I placed my order! So I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, but they said it had already been fulfilled. But I never got a tracking number or anything! So I asked them again to cancel my order and refund my money, and they said they would only refund me if I sent the order back - and I had to pay for the shipping! I didn't trust them to actually refund my money, so I just kept the order. But I'm never doing business with them again!

And don't even get me started on the rings. I melted one of the wax tarts and got a ring, but it was missing a fake gem! And then I got the same exact ring in three different bath bombs! What a joke! I'm sticking with Fragrant Jewels from now on.

I reached out to the company for a refund, but their response was not satisfactory. Instead of giving me my money back, they sent me 2 more rings that were of poor quality and didn't even come with bombs.

The one ring that I did receive for my daughter-in-law was already tarnished and turning her finger green. It's been a frustrating process trying to get a resolution from them. I've had to send multiple emails and pictures over the course of 2 weeks just to get this disappointing response. It feels like I might as well have thrown $50 down the drain.

I been waiting for a reply from my sponsor, Lee Hardy, for over a month now. I tried to reach out to her on Facebook and sent her an email, but she hasn't gotten back to me yet. I'm feeling pretty frustrated about it. I mean, I signed up to be a Jewell Scent consultant, and I was hoping to get some guidance from her. But it seems like she's not interested in helping me out.

So, I decided to call the company to see if they could help me out. But, to my surprise, no one answered the phone. I tried several times to call, but no luck. Finally, I left a message for them to call me back, but I haven't heard anything from them yet.

They say they ship within 2-3 business days, but I ain't seen hide nor hair of my shipment yet. I was hoping to give my special someone a Valentine's day gift from JewelScent, but now it looks like that ain't happening. Even if the ring they were supposed to send is worth anything, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Ain't no way I'm ordering from them again.

I was in a bit of a pickle, needing to get my hands on five gifts by the 28th of July. I decided to take a chance on JewelScent and ordered six candles on the 18th, as their website promised delivery by the 27th with three business days for shipping. I reached out to the company three different times, stressing the importance of receiving my order by the deadline, but unfortunately, they couldn't give me a straight answer.

To my dismay, five business days later, I received a shipping email stating that my packages had been sent via UPS ground and wouldn't arrive until the 31st, three days too late. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service from JewelScent.

I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again, especially since I had reached out to them multiple times and would have been willing to pay for faster shipping if it was offered. It's a shame that such a promising website fell short in the customer service department.

So, I was really excited to order from JewelScent on 12/15 because their website said I would get my candles by Christmas Day. But, when I checked on 12/20, I saw that my order hadn't even shipped yet! I was so disappointed and frustrated that I had to call them. Let me tell you, their customer service is not good at all. I had to leave a message for them to call me back, and it took them forever to do so. I even emailed them on 12/19, and they didn't get back to me until today, 12/29! Can you believe that? And, to top it all off, I still haven't received my candles yet. They apologized and said they were backed up because of Christmas, but that's not a good excuse. If you promise something to your customers, you need to follow through. I'm really disappointed in JewelScent, and I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. So, if you're thinking about ordering from them, be warned!

I recently purchased an e-gift card from JewelScent for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I made the purchase on June 29th and the money was taken out of my bank account on June 30th. Her birthday was on July 3rd, but unfortunately, the gift card did not arrive on time. It's now July 8th and I'm still trying to get them to send it. I've been having a hard time getting in touch with them over the phone. Every time I call, the phone rings and then I have to press 1. After that, the music comes on and they tell me that there's nobody available to answer the call. They ask me to leave my name, phone number, and email address. I've called many times over several days and have yet to reach them. It's been quite a hassle for me and I'm not happy about it. I don't think I'll be doing any further business with this company. It's just not worth the trouble.

I ordered the 3 bathbombs that look like the valentines sweetheart candy. I used one tonight and there was no jewelry in it! On the other hand, i also ordered their body scrub and the ring i got in there was gorgeous! But i have no way of twlling how much its worth because it didnt come with a code. However, im happy with the ring. No matter what its worth. Its just gorgeous! But im really upset that there was no ring in my bath bomb. Pic is of the ring i got in the body scrub. I have just discovered i LOVE body/sugar scrubs. So i will be a repeat customer for the body scrubs. I ordered the sewwtpea scent and it smells sooo good! Its like whipped butter. (The consistancy) not 90% sugar like the other ones in have tried. However, i think i will stick to dollarbathbombs.com for their mini bath bombs. They smell sooo good. Especially the lavender/vanilla scent. And they only cost $1.00 each and you know their isnt a ring in their mini bath bombs. For anyone who wants to give them a try, dont let the mini size fool ya! Every time i take a bath, my whole house smells amazing. Lol. After getting such a gorgeous ring in the body scrub, im just really highly disappointed there was no ring in my bathbomb.

Customer service rep said that there was nothing they can do and that they were not able to refund my money. I contacted them several times and said that I was not satisfied with the quality of my jewelry and candles and that I wanted to return everything but they continued to say no.

I ordered two lavender candles from the company www.jewelscent.com. I got the on time, but it didn’t smell at all. I was shocked, because the prices for these candles were high, but they didn’t smell and look as simply and cheap candles. Total scam. As well as the seller warned me in advance that he wouldn’t take the candles back. I won’t use this website again and won’t recommend other people and friends to buy from them.
