On June 15, 2017 I submitted an order for a set of Men's/Ladies engagement rings and when the order was submitted it advised that I should receive the rings by June 23, 2017. I have made numerous attempts to contact you at the customer service number [protected] with no success. Yesterday I submitted comment through customer service and my order history requesting a timeline of when I could expect shipment of my rings. I have not received a response. The order number is 002657, invoice number is RHJGJe9002651. Please look into this matter and contact me with an updated timeline of when I can expect shipment of my rings - these were ordered to celebrate my 40th Wedding Anniversary which is 7/1.

This company Jewel Ocean is not to be trusted, please avoid them and do not waste your hard earned money here!
I have purchased a ring from them and after about two-three weeks of waiting I received an automated message stating that my order was cancelled. I tried to contact someone from Jewel Ocean to see what had happened and of course I wanted to know when would I get my money back. When they did not reply I felt that something was wrong and decided to read some reviews. I regret I didn't do that before I placed my order!
I'm still waiting and have no idea what to do. These people simply do not reply and they still have my money. What a terrible scam company!

DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS SITE!
I got engaged in August and the ring was ordered from jewel ocean. IT IS A FAKE SITE! I took it into our local jeweller to have it polished, sized, and looked at because the diamonds were very milky, it seemed used and I had only been wearing it for 3 months, and one of the claws on the main stone was lifted significantly. When I brought it in, the jeweller's jaw dropped. He couldn't believe how awful the quality was and he said it is DEFINITELY a used ring, they were soo surprised I had only been wearing it for months, the wear and tear of the ring shows it's been worn 24/7 for 3-5 years. If you have purchased from this site, I highly recommend taking it in to the jewellers and getting it looked at. My jeweller said he expects the band will snap, because they manufactured it sloppy and used the wrong solder and the band has cuts in it. The diamonds are not the cut, quality or colour that they said it was on the site; my jeweller doesn't sell quality of diamonds that low, he said it isn't even on his chart. I thought there was dirt under the main diamond but its an impurity, they found multiple holes and impurities in the diamond :( how embarrassed I was. The diamond is expected to fall out soon because the construction of two of the claws is not the shape it should be. Basically I have to spend hundreds of dollars to repair the ring or just start from scratch, which is what I'm going to do. The main thing is that THE RING ISN'T STAMPED! This means they are making the rings illegally. Please do yourself a favour and don't waist your money here. I've tried contacting them for a refund and the phone number they have on their site isn't even valid- total scam. I was heartbroken when I heard the news, I don't want anyone else making the same mistake we did!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JEWEL OCEAN! I bought a ring 8 business days ago and i'm in a battle just to try to recieve my reciept. Just trying to get through to them is a mission, they answer the phone 20% of the time. You have to leave a message but no one returns your call. When you do get through to them the excuses are ridiculous for a business, "i was on the other line", was one of them, "i still cant give you your reciept cause my manager is in india at the moment so its been crazy around the office", so basically one person leaves and customers cant get their reciepts anymore. That's all besides the fact that they told me i was supposed recieve my ring on tuesday may 3rd and today is monday may 9 and no one is answering the phones. I'm begining to think they are a scam.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. My finance and I purchased my engagement and wedding band from their site. I recieved the ring on a Monday (a week late) and lost 2 side stones by that friday! i called them and a few days after no one picked up, I got a guy who gave me the address to send it back and told me I would get a full refund for it. It has been 4 weeks since i returned the ring... I tried to call (again) to see what they would have to say and there phone line is disconnected... awful PLEASE do not buy anything from this place! thats money ill never see again!

I bought an engagement ring from this company. After it was resized, as many engagement rings must be, the diamond came back crooked. Once the company realized I was an unhappy customer they quit returning my phone calls and emails. I attempted to get a full refund and they didn't honor the 30 money back gaurantee. They finally did replace the crooked diamond ring, but the ring they replaced it with was just as crooked and the diamond was completely broken! The break could be seen with the naked eye. They also stated I knew I was buying an UNCERTIFED diamond. I knew no such thing as they never once said this on thier website and I got paperwork stated the original diamond was certified. They have bad products and even worse customer service. I would NEVER recomend this company nor their fake products to anyone.
