JewelOcean review: Engagement ring set ( 1 comment)

I found a ring set I wanted and we found Jewel Ocean had good prices, so we thought. We ordered the ring set Sept 1. IThe ring set was to ship overnight, 5 days later it finally arrived. Then a week later I was purposed to and I wore the ring 4 days and began cutting myself as well as tearing clothing due to a loose prong. I emailed the company. It took them a week to respond. I told them I was wanting to have it fixed, ( but since it took so long for them to get back to me about a repair I did not want to deal with them anymore). Then they proceeded to be rude with me and tell me to return the ring certified and insured. I did just that. Now we have no rings and no refund. It has been a month and we have yet to hear anything. I will continue to write call and post until they make this right with us. $599.00 they took from us!
