Positive Point: I went to Jewel-Osco on 95th Stoney Island on 5/8/25 and purchased some delicious cook chicken. The chicken was so delicious until I had returned two days later on 5/10/25 around 11:35 am and the chicken was not good at all. I brought my three friends and they received there chicken: 4 jerk, 4 grilled and 4 regular fried.
Negative Point: I was so disappointed in the quality of the chicken today. The chicken was cool warm and tasted like saw dust and imitation chicken. What happen within two days, maybe they sold us the food that was to be thrown away. Instead of driving back to return, we all just threw the food in the garbage and decided to write this review.
Recommendation: I recommend when customers purchase cooked food from Jewel-Osco to please check food before leaving the store. And don't get angry and throw your away, take it back.
