Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry review: Engagement ring faulty

I am in the uk and got my partner ring purchased via a friend in New york June 2022. cost $5600 us and it was picked by us in new york. Within 4-5 months the stone started moving but when took it to uk jewelers they stated that the ring is a complex ring and they didn’t want to touch it because the could make it worst. When tried making contact with Jared no one wants to speak to me because I didn’t have the recipt but when I cantact our friend in America they didn’t responsed until a while after and when I contact Jared and given them the information the refused to fix it but after a while pursuing them, The message before was want I was given :

I had a conversation with the workshop manager yesterday unfortunately due to the style of ring it is it cannot be repaired; hence it is being returned to the store.

I have emailed Raymond Fitzpatrick in the USA who I believe you were communicating with at the beginning, he has asked for you to contact him directly to find a solution to this issue.

Once your ring arrives back instore and is ready for collection, we will notify you.

I apologize for taking so long to respond. Unfortunately Ernest Jones is not able to fix your ring. In the next week or so they will notify you when the ring is ready for pick up.

The ring would need to come to the USA for repair, It need to go to a store in Virginia for repair and there would be a charge. Is there anyway possible you can get a copy of the receipt?
