I received the above watch as a Christmas gift a few years ago and within 6 months of receiving it the band broke. (photo attached) This was not a daily wearer. This watch was only worn 1 day a week as a casual watch. I have contacted your company numerous times regarding replacing this watch band and still tell this day you have yet to have of this watch...

Invicta - Order not delivered

I ordered a watch from this company on march 30th. I have not recieved the watch or any explanation about it. I can't get into contact with anyone. This is a scam I would like a full refund. I will never do business with this company again

I received a watch in Dec. 2021. I did now want to keep it so I contacted the company for a return and it was approved. They sent me a prepaid label and I dropped it off to UPS. It arrived back in their possession on 01/04/2022 AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND! I have proof of shipping and proof of receipt.

Invicta - Customer Service

I was at your Sawgrass Mills location last Friday.

I was not even acknowledged by either employee.

I am a collector, been on 3 Invicta Cruises and know Ryan, met Justin, and met Elal.

At least say We will be with you in a moment.

You never know who is coming into your store.

I expect more of Invicta !

Invicta - Shipping information wrong

Hello I placed an order on the 8th. And i paid for shipping cost. Per the policy it says shipped up to 7 business days. And then 3-5 days for shipping. I'm confused because I spoke to a rep who stated my order won't be shipped until the 23rd. I understand the high demand for shipping. However nationwide if orders are placed before 12/13 then you would get them before Christmas. These are to ask my brothers to be in my wedding. This has turned into a disaster. Please help me out with this. I really need them before Christmas. They are all flying out from all over the world. One from Japan, the other from Paris and the last two from California. This is supposed to be a special time. Please help with getting these shipped. I really don't want to cancel my order. I've looked around for a long time to find the perfect watches for each one of them.

Invicta - Invicta Silicone Band

I am filing a complaint based on the quality of your silicone watch bands. I have purchased over 150 watches from Invicta through ShopHQ and at least 90 with silicone bands. Of these 90 ( numerous Subaquas, Bolts, Venoms, Excursions, ) 46 have broken straps. As a loyal customer, I am outraged that watches I have spent between 200 and 500 dollars can not be worn after a year ! This is crazy and needs to be addressed by your company at once . Then you want to charge another 100 dollars for a replacement band of the same quality when these cheap bands should be replaced for free or at least a discounted price based on the price of these watches. As a regular customer I expect a response ASAP. I can be reached at [protected]@verizon.net.

Invicta - [protected] four watches

I placed the order december 2nd. The tracking id given was showing as package delivered after 4 weeks. I sent an email as I had not received the package and was told it had be delivered to the international shippers. I waited another month and then after a few emails got another tracking number that showed the package delayed in customs. The package then show as return to shipper from customs at which point I asked for a refund, I was told that they have not yet received the package back. It has now been over 3 months and I have stopped getting responses to my emails.

Invicta - Shipping

I purchased an Invicta Spiderman chronograph on June 27, 2020 off the Invicta website and paid via Paypal. The website read that it was in stock and ready to ship. I was given an estimated delivery date of July 6th, 2020 and that I would receive an email with a tracking number when the item shipped. I could not get anyone on the phone, so I went an email. I received a reply saying that it has not shipped yet. I replied to cancel the order. Their response today (07/10) was they can not nor would they refund, that I had to wait until it shipped and THEN I could ask for a return label and only after they received it back could they process a refund. They also refused to indicate when the watch would ship. I gave them the order number, my phone number and PayPal receipt to prove the item had been paid for. If the item is in stock, it should not take 2 weeks to ship the item and if the item has not shipped, a refund should be fast and easy. I would have hoped for better customer service

While on vacation I purchased a new Invicta watch on a Royal Caribian curise ship. The watch was soild with a 1 year unlimited warrenty. The watch stoped running after 3 days. Invicta - watch sales online

I ordered a watch on 12/21/2019. To date, my order continues to say processing and I cannot reach anyone @ Invicta to get a status. I have have called and been placed on hold for over 1 hour, have written emails, and have tweeted and nothing. Customers/Consumers should not have to chase a status on orders. I am a very frustrated customer and need to hear back from Invicta with proper status or the ability to get a refund. I have upcoming travel don't need a watch delivery sitting on my doorstep while I'm on the road.

Invicta - repair services

My husband bought me an Invicta watch on a cruise not even a year ago I haven't worn it much I put it on and the minute hand fell off I remembered I still have warranty so I send it to you with a $28 money order when the repair representative calls me Segan Fredericton calls me immediately blames me for the damages without even asking me what happened so that goes to tell me he's trying to talk me out of my warranty please help me my watches still at the service center . To know I was getting charged as much as my watch is worth to repair it is not fair. Please help.

This company are simply crooks junk watches made in China, dials don't hold, crowns fall off, cheap rubber bracelets.

Second hand of Invicta 18922 Reserve Tourneau chronometer watch wouldn't reset to high noon. Wrote Invicta customer service. They gave me instructions for resetting it — except the directions are for a quartz watch. They said it would work for both. Inaccurate. Luckily, the problem is now fixed. Invicta - service at international mall

First: the computer is down, they are calling the manager, come back in 30 minutes, they will be with me in a minute! Excuse after excuse The girls are nice but how I'm being put off is horrible! This is the second time because earlier in the month they said there is a new system! Really, the "system down" excuse is crap! There isn't a back up plan for this "New System"? Wow what a horrible plan Invicta has! What can you do to rectify this with me? You tell me! Once or if this gets fixed I will never buy or deal with Invicta again!
