Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry – Swapped out my necklace

I brought my necklace in to Jared at Stonecrest to have my clasp replaced. I was charged $214.92. When I picked up my necklace it was not the same necklace I gave them. I told them so but they refused to listen. I wish I had checked the reviews before. I went. I was to the clasp costed me so much because my necklace was 14k Italy gold wish was on the closer. The necklace I got back is light weight and not at all the solid one I purchased at Ross Simone. The clasp is so much larger than the necklace links and you can notice the difference in the before and after pictures. The white background is the after. They also took pictures and when I pointed this out to them they insisted I was wrong.
