I got a thing from Sunflower Jewels, LLC and it was supposed to be personalized but they messed it up. They said I picked the wrong stuff but I know I didn't. They wouldn't give me my money back or fix it. I saw other people saying they're a scam too. Don't buy from them.

I ordered an anklet from Sunflower Jewels, LLC about 3 months ago. They still haven't shipped it out and keep saying they're backed up. They said it should take 7 to 10 business days, but it's been two months now. I emailed them and they keep telling me the same thing. I think it might be a scam and I want my money back. I emailed them again, but they still won't give me my money back.

I ordered from Sunflower Jewels, LLC on August 13. I tried to cancel my order by emailing them, but they said they don't do that. It's been over a month now and I haven't received any updates on my shipment. It hasn't even arrived at the shipping facility yet. I emailed the company, but they didn't reply. I also tried calling them, but no one answered. They said it would take 5-7 business days for shipping, but it's been over a month and they haven't even shipped it yet. This is a complete scam. They won't return my calls or emails.

So, I bought a hoodie blanket from Sunflower Jewels on November 13. It cost me $41.99. After two weeks, they said it was shipped, but the tracking number was bogus. I tried to get in touch with them, but they didn't respond to my calls or emails. It's been six weeks now, and I still don't have my stuff. I want my money back. My order number is XXXXXX, and the tracking number they gave me is LPXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I ordered a ring and a pink hoodie blanket from Sunflower Jewels on November 19th. They sent me a package that was 5 and a 1/2 inches by 7 and a 1/2 inches, which was the ring. But I still haven't got the hoodie as of 12/04. I've emailed them a bunch of times to fix this problem, but they haven't replied to me at all. I even sent them pictures of what I got and my order number, but still nothing. All I want is for them to send me the hoodie I paid for or give me my money back.

I bought a custom ankle bracelet from Sunflower Jewels on Feb 14, 2022. The website said it would take 12-14 biz days for production and 3-5 biz days for shipping. But it's been a month and I still haven't got it. I tried to contact them, but no response. It's been almost 2 months now and I keep emailing them, but still no response. When I checked the order status on their website, it says there's no order for my order number. I paid $25 for this item and it was a gift from my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I don't think I'll ever get it. I want a full refund or an explanation of where my order is. I've been waiting for 2 months for something that should have arrived much earlier.

I emailed them on 12/22 to ask for a refund, but they said it's not their fault. I told them it's not fair to blame me for their bad shipping choice. They didn't answer me. I emailed them again on 12/28 to ask for a refund again. They said they don't do refunds, but that's not what their website says.
