Bad experience
Bad experience. Don't buy car here or get car fixed here. They lie. I bought $50k used car from here, paid for extra warranty and after less than 1 month it needed fixing. I took it to their fix department and they said it would be covered by warranty. After 2 weeks they said it wouldn't be covered, leaving me with $4k bill for a car I didn't even pay for yet. They didn't honor what they said and didn't offer any other solutions. I owned car for less than 1 month and had to pay $4k even though I bought extra warranty. I expect better from Jaguar dealership. This place is no good. Bad communication and no customer service. Buy somewhere else.
I got a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer
I got a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I traded in a bike, 2017 model, and put down 3k. The bike was worth less than what we owed, but the dealer paid us more than what we owed, so we ended up with 3k towards the Jeep. We've had the Jeep for only 4 months and it's been in the shop 4 times. The last time it's been there for over 5 weeks. The first time was for a check engine light, then for a clicking noise from the actuator, then for a leaking front axle, and now because it stopped running while we were driving. The dealership first said it was spark plugs, but now it's the timing chain. The sales manager said they can't help until they know what's wrong, but then said they'll buy it back once they know. But now they want money down to get out of the Jeep. We don't want another car from them, just want them to buy it back. Land Rover is not making this easy and the sales manager said "s*** happens". Worst experience and they don't care.

it was at Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead. It's a shame because I really love my Velar and the dealership seemed great up until this point. But now I feel like I can't trust them and will have to be extra careful in the future. I hope they can make it right somehow, but I'm not holding my breath. Overall, I would still recommend the Velar as a great vehicle, but be careful when dealing with the finance department at this dealership.
