Auto Plaza St. Peters

I got a 2000 jeep wrangler from Auto Plaza St. Peters, LLC and within the first 3 days of driving it, I had a starting issue. They said they would take care of it, but it would take 2-3 days before they could pick it up. I checked out the ignition and it seemed to work, but I let them know if I had further issues. They acted like they would stand behind it, but it happened again less than a month later. After messing with the shifter, it started, but now it doesn't start at all. The manager had me tow it 18 miles at the cost of $180 out of my pocket and they still won't stand behind the jeep I was sold. Now it's at their shop, which they also won't help pay for. Don't buy a car from them at all.

I started buyin a car from Auto Plaza St. Peters in March 2022. I got loan approval in April, but in May the car started havin problems and had to go to the shop for a test. They found out the head gasket was blown. The company won't pay for the repairs and wants me to use the extended warranty which still costs a lot of money.

This company is the worst to buy a car from. The managers make promises but never follow through. Don't believe their "we'll treat you like family" speeches. The team is the worst too. They dodge phone calls and don't call back. I had a simple problem that they made a big deal. I gave them months to fix it, but they ignored me when I tried to schedule an appointment. Don't trust them, go somewhere else. The salesman will say anything to get you to buy a car. I gave them many chances to fix the problem before leaving a review. It's been 7-8 months and they've done nothing. I hope to save others from future problems with this company.
