This place ain't professional at all
This place ain't professional at all. They always try to act like there's nothin' wrong with it, but when I brought it home, the whole front end was messed up. They said they'd fix it, but it's been a whole month and I'm still waitin'. I told 'em I didn't wanna buy a broken vehicle, and they basically said tough luck.

We bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Ridetime on February 24th using a car loan from ***. They said it would be ready in 2 weeks, so I signed the contract. After 2 weeks, we had to ask about the status because the dealership didn't update us. Turns out, they were waiting for a part that arrived on March 22nd. They said we would get the vehicle by March 27th, but it's now March 29th and we still don't have it. We emailed and texted them on March 24th to cancel the contract since they didn't keep their promises. We even went to Ridetime on March 27th to say we want to cancel, but they said no. The manager said if the vehicle isn't ready by Monday, March 27th, they would cancel. We told them we want to cancel from March 27th because they didn't fulfill their end. The bank already sent the funds to Ridetime. We haven't paid anything or made a downpayment. This has been very stressful for us. We hope you can help. They tried to sell me a messed up interior *** and claimed it fit my budget
They tried to sell me a messed up interior *** and claimed it fit my budget. They advertise a free oil change for life, but they conveniently forget to mention that you have to pay half of it. They only reveal this when you actually go in for that so-called "free oil change for life". It's been 6 months and I still haven't received my second set of keys. They haven't even bothered to respond to my inquiries about it. This has been the worst experience ever, with absolutely no customer service. When you're there trying to discuss the vehicle, they ignore you and start chatting with their employees as if you're invisible and your concerns about the vehicle they sold you don't matter. Don't waste your money or time at Ride Time
