Jack In The Box wrong order and charge

We ordered just two double jacks and two value fries from jack in the box but we got charged $16.68 because they charged us for two whole meals. Can you send us a refund please and this is my third complaint I sent about this same issue but no one is responding can you please help me.

The location of that certain jack in the box is Rancho Peñasquitos, San Diego and the purchase was on 07/05/19 at 11:50am

Jack In The Box salad

I found a worm in my salad purchased from Jack in the Box on 05/09/19. I brought it to the store and showed it to them immediately at the time. Store # 3727 on Hulen street in Fort Worth TX. I felt sick and threw up all day because of seeing the dead rotted worm in my salad. I have pictures enclosed. I been buying from this location for years as I worked in this area. Never again I will buy food there, this is disgrace; up till now I can vividly remember the rotted worm in the salad bought from Jack in the Box.

Jack In The Box fryer/cook

Was in Jack in the box like a normal day. A customer had ordered and decided to change his order, I guess the cook got mad and decided to spit in the mans coffee and burger. She got caught by another customer. After she was caught about three customers ask for refunds. I'm not normally a guy to call in on an employee but that was a bit too much for me to let go. Location was in San Bernardino on highland Ave. Off the 15 fwy exit. Everything was caught on camera. It happen 07/09/2019.

Jack In The Box rude and disrespectful manager

JIB 8162, 8:39pm, Location: 64 W Bromley Ln, Brighton, CO 80601

I came with my family, as we were ordering I decided to invite the young lady working (Tara)for a bible study, which she gladly accepted. She then began to ask many questions and even wanted a card which I answered and gave to her then left. This was all while no one else was in the line and as I waited for my food. After I recieved my food I left. A few seconds later I recieved a phone call from the manager ( Jerimaiah) who cussed at me and told me I cant invite girls for bible studies. I am a female by the way. He told me if I ever did it again he was going to call the cops then he hung up in my face. I cried very hard, I can not believe such people are allowed to work a customer service job he was so nasty. I think Jack in the box has lost my service and I will be sure to tell about the I'll service I recieved to everyone I know. Also he called me on the store phone [protected]. shame on it all

Jack In The Box food

The food was moldy I don't know how much clearer I need to be I want my full refund my carryout order was number 497 the manager Miguel waited on me at 1:52 p.m. my code on my receipt is 1 +[protected] date of service 7 to 2019 time of service 1352 now I called your precious little manager and he expected me to drive way the hell back down there to get my money didn't seem to give to schitts that is restaurant was completely filthy so were his employees there was water all over the entire dining floor I had to tell him to clean it up that it was a lawsuit waiting to happen he still waited for elderly man to walk through it and then served me moldy food I taking pictures for you now give me a full refund I don't want money for your store because I will never eat there again so you can just send me my 1599 with your sincerest apologies to Charlene Johnson 109 Cochise drive Ferris Texas 75125 you want to further talk to me so that I can tell you how disgusted I was with some profanity throwing in a little bit of attitude feel free to call me at your earliest convenience at [protected] thank you so much I hope you included an area for my disgusting photo please shut that restaurant down at your earliest convenience your manager is inept and so is your staff everybody in the Tri-County area talks crap about that restaurant the quality of food and how sick they have all gotten there on numerous numerous occasions for the love of God stop serving the public disgusting food.

Jack In The Box service

I am not sure why every jack in the box I go to says they will only take one order per a car at the drive thru. You are loosing customers by not allowing there to be multiple orders per one car if needed. I went the the Hayward location store #447. They were so rude and don't have any customer service skills. If you are okay with loosing customers and making people's lives more difficult by having them go back around to order another order then I guess that makes sense. But I think you should really take a look at that policy and change it. I don't know any other fast food place that has that policy.

Jack In The Box sourdough burger

I order the sourdough sandwich only. No Bacon no nothing else. When i drove to the window, the order taker charge me $7.00 for the burger and when I requested a receipt, she said that the register was out of paper. She gave me my change and drove off. Keep in mind that i'm Only two minutes from my hotel. When i took it out to the bag, i found my burger burnt and cold lots of mayo and was dripping all over the place. I became so upset that i looked up the phone number for that Jack and box to let the manager know what happened. The person that answer the phone said that the manager had left for the day and i needed bring my receipt and the burger back to get it replaced and that i had to bring it back To show them what the problem was.

First of all, i have never paid $7.00 for your burger and also seen it so sloppy made.

This happened on Wednesday the 26th @ 8:30 PM 814 Rundberg, Austin Texas

Let me know what's going to happened on this.

Jack In The Box customer service operations

Location braker and IH 35..(904 E Braker Ln Austin Tx 78754) Arrival 12:15 am.. This particular location always seems to be doing something in the back instead of assisting their guest. I have heard numerous excuses, shift change can't take any orders, counting money can't take any orders, system is down can't take orders, system is updating can't take any orders... All at different times. Ranging from 11:30-2:30am.. and different days of the week... We go to this location because it is close to our house but this is getting redundant.. If they don't want to assist their customers then why are they even wking in customer service..I've been a manager for 10 yrs in the industry. This needs to be checked out.

Jack In The Box customer service

I went to buy 4 tacos and a small coffee to jack in the box today between 7-730pm and I was discriminated by the employees. They refuse to give me the right chance and then they proceeded to cancel my order, them they call the police for me to leave because I told them I want their names so I can make a complaint .. they told me that they have the right to refuse to give me that info

Jack In The Box buttery jack

I ordered a buttery Jack meal from the Jack n the box on 3117 inwood road Dallas TX the service was fast, and I was grateful as I needed something quick before work. However when I got my food the fries were good, but I bit into the burger and the meat tasted bad. I usually enjoy your burgers but this completely missed the mark and I threw it away.

Jack In The Box staff/ maintenance

06/25/2019 approximately 9:50 am I entered JIB Location #5363 located in Palm Desert CA.. I went in to use the restroom and upon entering I did notice that restrooms had just been cleaned and the CAUTION WET FLOOR signs were up. But after using toilet and fixing myself I felt the back of my shirt drenched in what I thought was water but turned out to be bleach! I started to look around to figure out how or what had just happened and noticed there was bleach all around the back part of the toilet & floor. I immediately informed the young lady cleaning & she admitted that bleach was used & had not been washed down. That instead they let it air dry after pouring. I spoke with Manager Kevin who had no idea on how to handle the situation and instead only offered a free menu item for my drenched bleached shirt. I had to remove my shirt & continue to work in an undershirt and wait for the shirt to dry so I do not risk bleaching my car seats or any other part of my clothing. I am extremely upset and would like to speak with an higher up ASAP! This could of caused a CHEMICAL BURN on my skin and is a huge mistake on JIB part.

Jack In The Box product & service.

I go to your store in Mesquite, NV a lot. The food has been good and the service ok. However, on Monday 6/24 between 4 & 4:30 PM I went and dined in. I lobby was trashy and, although the drive thru was steady, it wasn't really busy inside. Your soda fountain didn't have the Minute Maid available at all, which has been in the past, so I got the Power Zero. It was awful. When my order was ready the fries tasted burnt. My sandwich was the buttery Jack, when I picked it up, I wasn't offered any napkins, and there weren't any on the table. One employee did come out while I was writing this and wiped down 1 table that hadn't even been used. I never checked the restrooms, thank goodness I didn't need to. I have always had a good experience here and like Jack in the Box food. But today was bad. The only other complaint I have is with drive thru. They seem to wait until they have the order ready, then take your payment, handing your change/CC back while simintanously trying to hand you your drink then your order before you get a chance to take care of your change/CC. Thank you for your ear.

Me and my boyfriend went to jack in the box on friday night around like 8 and waited in line for about 5 maybe 10 mins waiting while they finished taking the customer in front of us order when they were done they said they wont take our order because someone was leaving and someone was going on break. That is bad service and we didn't even get to eat that night cuz we didnt have gas to go to the another place so we were very upset. It was a jack in the box in san marcos texas store #866

Jack In The Box how cash drawers are handled

We have been having issues with cashier's drawer's coming up short for sometime. Last night my drawer came up $24 short. I received a write up for it. There was two other cashier, the pic and the manager who handled my drawer. I understand that if I was the only one who touched it and it was short that I would receive a write up. What my issue is what can I do so no one is handling my drawer but me? This has been an on going issue for months and no has done anything about it. Can you please help our cashier's. Jack In The Box I am complaining about how your district manager and store manager keep employees that call off every week or don't call or show up

This store in at 4949 N. Oracle Rd, Tucson, Az 85704. The District Manager Shawna and the Manager Veronica let the family and friends of the Store Manager that is hired or the employees that Veronica likes call off every week and lets the employees that don't call in or show up still have a job. When I worked at Jack in Box over 20 years ago they would fire you. But this manager is favoring certain employees and the employees that want to learn like grill Veronica won't schedule this employee to come at time that the employee can begin learning grill. When this employee brings up wanting more hours Veronica says to this employee you need to learn grill, when employee Veronica to schedule her a time to come to learn grill she doesn't. This employee is an asset and this Manager Veronica is a poor manager who only hires her friends and family to work at this store also if she is the manager of a fast food restaurant so when there is a problem with anything at the store she should answer her phone when the store calls her no matter if it is her day off that is why she gets paid the big money. She never disciplines the employees that are calling off every week or no call no show. And the employees that do show up for their shift regularly and call in when sick in plenty of time to find some to cover their shift gets the least hours. The employees that do their work and show up don't get acknowledgment for it, they just bad attitude and in trouble. So i think you really need to come down here to Tucson and do a surprise visit to check this store out. There is a lot of things going on at this store that is not right.

Jack In The Box food and service burnt or cold

I have visited the location at 7000 W WT Harris in Charlotte NC on three occasions, the first time I was given burnt fries that had been sitting in grease, the second time I was told that I could not order because they close the location durning shift changes and this final time I received cold curly fries and a Burnt spicy chicken sandwich after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. The bread on the Sandwich had become hardened. The customer service is such that I would not want to ask for fresh food.

Jack In The Box service in visalia ca

So me and my family went in to eat and we ordered sat down and had our drinks we had gotten a cup for water well I pored some water. My son he was complaining about not getting soda mind you he was already drinking his water well I poured some of my soda into that cup. Well then a worker comes over tells us she needs to take the cup and that all that could go in there was water. I said excuse me as she took the cup and walked off. I felt I was being discriminated towards as her and another Caucasian women mumbled. So as we left I asked a employee what the women's name was that took my sons cup, she said Janelle she's the manager and rolled her eyes(Cindy employee did this I did catch her name as I saw her name tag). This is so rude I don't care if thats policy my son had already been drinking his water. I was furious as I wanted just to finish our meal and leave.

Jack In The Box manager's conduct

I was using the restroom at Jack in the Box at (32 st and Washington in Phoenix, AZ) around 10 AM (AZ time), well only in the restroom for couple of minutes, the manager knocks and tells me loudly that other people need to use the restroom, when I exit the bathroom, I approached the manager (Monique) she advised she was the one who knocked, I advised her that it was rather rude and humiliating, her response was someone needed after me, but there was not a customer after me that needed it. I was little upset and excited and did use couple explicit words, but the manager than uses same language to me, the manager did show any empathy and was rather cold. She said that her generation is allowed to talk to me I. Negative manner. After our exchange the manager then refused me service.

A little empathy goes a long way. She needs some training I that regards and especially needs a lesson in customer service and better attitude.

Jack In The Box jumbo breakfast platter.

The jumbo breakfast platter I recieved was so small it could be a kids meal . The pancakes were rubber and the size of a quarter. I recieved one sausage patty that was cold and no taste. The eggs and hash browns were the only thing that was jumbo about it and only because i ordered a combo wuch gives an extra hash brown. It didn't even fill the platter it came in. I am not a big eater but for the price, I expected more. Sorry but next time I am going to mcdonalds for breakfast food . They now serve breakfast all day and the pancakes taste less like rubber and they are not microscopic. Actually i just might buy a platter from both places and take pictures and post them for comparison . The location I went to was jack in the box on woodruff in Idaho falls, Idaho.
Hopefully this will help to improve the food in this location . I do enjoy many other foods at jack in the box and would prefer to keep my service for all my fast food choices . For now McDonalds tops your breakfast in price taste and size.
