11/12 *** Air Duct Cleaning; They did the job I needed, but I had to wait for payment until they fixed a problem they caused. They sent an electrician who didn't really solve the issue, just made me believe it was my fault. I paid them in full. The day before Thanksgiving, I noticed that a decorative beam on my ceiling (which was fine before they came) is now falling down from where they ran their equipment. It was like a wrecking ball! But hey, I guess that's how the service works, even though this company was willing to leave two elderly people without electricity in one room and a beam about to hit me in another. The device went through the ducts and to the vents where the problems were obvious. I sent pictures, an email, and spoke to a representative. Of course, he made me feel like I was being ridiculous, which made me want to report this incident. I'm an honest person and I believe in doing no harm, but when I pay for a service that ends up causing more repairs, I expect a solution until I'm satisfied. All the technicians who worked at my home were amazing! The company will get their money and leave. The two young men can testify that things weren't right after the service.
