Isak arived right on time and had our furnace fixed in the 2 hour repair window even tho he had to make a trip to get a part. The company is very professional.

Had a gr8 time with Absolute Electric Heating and Air. Jeremy did a good job checkin' things out and Jesse and Draylen hooked up my hot tub and tuned up the panel. Overall, it was a great experience!

The guy they sent didn't do nothin' and told me it'd cost me 3 grand to check my AC coil for leaks. Another company fixed it for only 175 bucks. Absolute Electrical Heating and Air was a real bad time for me.

My AC stopped working on June 10th while it was hot as heck outside. I waited until June 13th to call someone to fix it. The Absolute dudes, *** and ***, came over the same day. They said I needed 2 blower motors (1 for furnace), *** condenser, and a hard start wiring kit. I told *** to just fix the . I didn't know how much it would cost until *** came back with the parts. While *** was typing on his iPad, he told me it would be $3,100! I thought that was the cost of a new , so I had to get a loan. Later, I found out they also charged me $329 for some membership fee. I don't even know what that is. I don't know anything about HV, so I was stuck without AC for 3 and a half days. I called another contractor for a second opinion and found out Absolute Electrical Heating and Air charged me almost 3 times what they should have. $1,100-1200. I left 3 messages for the Service Manager, ***, but he never called me back. Finally, an employee named *** called me back. I asked for a detailed invoice, but she said they don't do that. I asked what their hourly rate was, but she said they don't have one. I told her they charged me way too much and I would only pay a fair amount. She said she could take off the $329 membership fee and $100, but I still owed $2,671. That's still too much. Absolute Electrical Heating and Air ripped me off. Don't use them.

I got Absolute Electrical Heating and Air to help me get electricity to my front door for a doorbell. They said they'd put the wires up high so it wouldn't be too obvious. They charged me $750 for it. But when their guy came, he said he wanted to put the wires lower down to make it easier. I thought they'd give me some money back since they were doing less work, but they said no. And the doorbell still doesn't work right.

Absolute Electrical Heating and Air did an electrical panel replacement in Jan 2021. After that, our home went under contract. During the inspection, we found out that there were some code violations during the installation. The wrong breakers were put in, neutral and ground wires were connected to the same lug, and neutral wires were double tapped. We were so embarrassed and upset. Absolute Electrical's contract said "No Lemon Guarantee" and "100% Customer Satisfaction". But the electrical panel replacement was a lemon and we are not happy at all.
