Overall service with office and technician was professional. Lucus the technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace and explained it to us. He then set up the process for ordering a part and explained how long it would be to receive part and install it. Highly recommend this company

I've been using Magic Touch Mechanical for over 12 years. I've bought two new A/C units from them, and would recommend them to anyone. The response time is always fast, and the service personnel are knowledgeable, informative, and very polite. In AZ, excellent A/C service is vital. They're the best. And thanks to Lucas for efficient work today!

I called this company because our gas fireplace wasn’t working. The tech assigned to our call was Lucas. He came to our home in time and was very friendly. As he was looking at our fireplace, he took the time to explain things to me and was very knowledgeable. He got the fireplace lit and it has worked since. I highly recommend using this company.

We had Magic Touch out to our home to fix our gas fireplace. Lucas, our technician, was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to fixing the problem. Once I described what was wrong, Lucas went right to work troubleshooting, and within 20 minutes the problem was solved. We are very happy with the service from Magic Touch fireplace services. Jeremy has been fantastic. He is punctual, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Our gas fireplace needed repair for a gas leak and he worked out a great solution. Jeremy worked diligently to install an electrical starter and was conscientious and professional at every stage of the installation. We purchased our Heat Pump 12 years ago from Magic Touch and have had it serviced annually by them. The serviced was always performed satisfactory. Yesterday, Jason serviced our Heat Pump and air handler. His diagnostics indicated the motor on the air handler needed to be replaced. He did a fabulous job of explaining what the issue was and took the time to show me exactly what needed to be fixed. He was extremely courteous and professional and most of all treated me with respect.

Honest, knowledgeable, helpful, very responsive! I live in the California desert and looking for a new unit. Found Magic Touch Mechanical, read their reviews, blogs, and tutorials. So I thought what better place to get some incite from since we share the same environment. Left a text message and had a response the next day from the owner! Very in depth and spot on information.I really appreciate the time this gentleman took to respond and help me out. Makes me wish I lived in AZ so I could use his company!

3 year old unit installed by them stopped cooling. *** stated the cause as the 'voltage absorption unit' and quotes ~$375 for parts and labor if he uses the part on the truck, or ~$550 for a part covered by the manufacturers warranty since it would require additional time to go get. Neither quote included the $75 service call feel.According to the manufacturer, there is no 'voltage absorption unit' in the system. The part was a simple capacitor which could be purchased for $20. The entire visit took less that an hour, so I can't tell you what the labor cost was."

I am a retired Navy Commander ( Engineering Officer) I was extremely impressed with DARREL B's Knowledge and skill. This was a perfect install! NO short cuts. The arduous amount of fabrication he had to do was outstanding! Usually, people complain at the drop of a hat, and forget to praise outstanding performance! It goes both ways! This kind of service is hard to find... Also, the initial visit was great, and the folks at your place of business who called me regarding the scheduling were very nice to talk to. From the presentation in Oct 2019 to bi-yearly maintenance, I would highly recommend Magic Touch Mechanical. They listen to your needs and meet them. Installation team was professional and communicable. What stood out to us the most is their honesty and integrity. The owner contacted us soon after our unit was installed to inform us that the unit they installed was not the one we ordered. He was quick to tell us they would replace it w/the one we ordered or issue a refund for the difference in price and extend our warranty and maintenance. When we told him we never would have known, he said, We know about it and thats not ok. 2 years later, our unit works like a charm! Our electric *** has gone down by over $100/mo in the summer! Excellent service. On-time. Identified problems and solution options. No hard-pressure sale. After a web-search, we contacted Magic Touch for a second-opinion after a high-pressure call from another service provider. The Magic Touch technician arrived on-time and assessed our system. The technician pointed out issues/problems and solution options. We don't need a new A/C unit, in fact a new system would not address cooling issues. Our current unit is functioning correctly but the system needs a few tweaks and some duct-work changes. Technician was professional, polite, followed safety-protocols (without being asked) and even cleaned up attic-insulation after himself. Additionally, their website includes a wealth of information explaining different A/C features and options with ball-park pricing and the information is validated on multiple installer and manufactures websites. The company provides excellent service and a range of products -- they are not afraid of an educated consumer.

My present A/C system was 13 years old, and showing its age. Called Magic Touch and they sent 2 gentlemen to my house to survey what I had. My sons room was always hot, and they went up into the crawl-space, and told me the reason it was hot was because the air duct going in to his room was spliced off another duct. They told me if he had a single, larger duct into his room, it would help greatly. Anyway, decided to get a new *** unit. Darrel and 2 other gentlemen came over my house, and spent 2 days installing the new system, and cleaning the air ducts, which I neglected for 22 years! Darrel answered all my questions, and explained everything they were going to do. They covered all my furniture with drop clothes before vacuuming the air ducts, and wore booties on their feet to save my rugs. Everything went smoothly, and they cleaned up everything before they left. Have been doing business with Magic Touch for about 10 years now, and will continue to do so, as they are a professional bunch of people. Would recommend they to anybody.

Now that we have been living with our new 16 SEER Lennox package unit for a week since it was installed by MagicTouch Mechanical I can share our experience. We were so pleased to hear from Kat in the office that our install date got moved up by 2 days. She did a great job communicating with us during the ordering/scheduing part. Email, text and a phone call from Shvan, our installer notifying us of their arrival 30 minutes prior was great so we could be ready for them. He and another installer did a great job explaining how the day would go and they did a super job throughout the install. They protected floors inside and cleaned up after the new thermostat and wire were put in. Afterwards there was photographs and video showing the clean install and sealing of the new unit to the roof, new drain, wiring and surge protector. The operation of the new thermostat was explained thoroughly. Our expectations were exceeded with this install job is putting it mildly. The new Lennox 2 stage unit is really awesome. Its so quiet and efficient, even with the 100+ temps our electricity consumption has gone down significantly compared with the old unit. Most of the time it cools with just the first stage and with the variable speed fan you just cant hear it. We are simply thrilled with it and the outstanding service from MagicTouch Mechanical. I was wanting to purchase a new heat pump to replace a 14 year old *** unit. *** had an energy audit program with rebates. *** listed a number of Mechanical Contractor in the East Mesa area. Magic Touch Mechanical had an A+ rating along with several others. I had never heard of MTM but after talking to a lady from MTM about the *** promotion I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I looked at the MTM web site and was really impressed with the wealth of information on selecting the right contractor rather than dwelling on a particular make of heat pump. MTM sent "Ty" out to do a duct survey. It was determined the ducts needed a "week" to increase the efficiency of the system by adding another cold air return and increasing the size of one of the duct lines. I had never heard of MTM before but I was totally confident MTM was the company I would use. I got a new 5 ton high efficiency heat pump, a new air handler, air scrubber and new plenums in a package deal. I was satisfied with the price and the quality installation that they are touting in their web site. Darrell and his team installed the system in one day, a long one for sure. I am completely satisfied with all of the interaction I had with MTM over a three week period from my initial contact until installation. The emplyoyees always were on time and any questions were answered promptly and without hesitation. If you ever need any mechanical work or a new system I definitely would recommend you to contact them.
