One of the night managers at this popular theater, does everything possible to make sure the movie patrons are uncomfortable. He is rude, arrogant, and a liar. He laughs at you if you have a problem, so the last thing you want to do is stay there and watch a movie you just paid 25 dollars a ticket to see.
I am waiting to see if his boss does anything about his horrible behavior, or I will have to find a different theater to go to. It's a very expensive theater and I believe that if we pay this much for a movie, that we have an expectation of professionalism and common courtesy.

his name is TIM OLIVER and he is one of the managers at the theater. he is being paid to help movie goers but its quite the opposite.
