Invicta

To whom it may concern,

I visited the one World Trade Center Invicta store about 2 weeks ago when a sales associate assisted me in finding a watch for my husband. The young gentleman was very rude and seeming to be under the influence as his eyes were low, bloodshot red and was working abnormally slow. I then left the store without purchasing any watches that I intended to. My husband and I purchase at invicta often and has never had any issues with any other associate in the store. I failed to bring this issue to the managers attention that day, however, I did collect the young mans name being Audy. This is an inconvenience to me and I'd appreciate a follow up on what happens, and how this can be prevented from happening again. I'd also like this to be brought to the store managers attention with my name anonymously.
