Intelcom Express Never follows instructions, delay deliveries

April 7, 2023. They left an ultra-light package outside when it is extremely windy outside. Boyfriend found it 2 houses away. I always indicate to leave packages INSIDE a closed space on top of stairs.

April 6, 2023. They left two packages in front of our shed instead of the house, very visible from the street.

They also have left packages in the past in front of our garage in the back of the property (still visible from the street) and even next to the house number "flag" on the edge of our property and the street.

They also often delay delivery by saying WE were not available (I'm a stay-at-home-mom) so they don't have to come over on certain days (often sundays) and as to not be penalized by Amazon.

Desired outcome: To leave package INSIDE the closed space and at the right date, as designated, in the future, and an apology

Intelcom Express Didn't receive my package since February

Where is my package that was supposed to have damaged and sent back in Feb 2023. It was a wig and I never received it and it was never sent back by your company? I want my money back or my wig! And if it was stolen I will not be impressed. Fix it now

My package was at the carrier depot in dryden waiting to

go out for delivery when suddenly it was being reshipped. Here we are 5 days later still no info as to what happened horrible service from Amazon

And their preferred shipper Intelcom. Use to have a lot of items on subscribe

and save but I have cancelled it all I’m back to shopping downtown in

a store.

Desired outcome: Stop shipping my products when I do order through Intelcom.

Intelcom Express Delivery

I ordered few items from the Bay and was supposed to receive them on or before March 2nd. I checked the tracking on the 3rd and noticed it was being delivered by Intelcom, the most horrible, irresponsible and unreliable company ever. They had lost 3 of my packages before (from NHL store and Amazon) and as soon as I saw their name I knew there was a problem. I called them 5 times and each time I was promised they will deliver within 24-48 hours. The last time I called I was told the package is lost and i should call the vendor to request a refund. (they did the same routine the last 3 times). How can a package be lost in their warehouse, unless they steal the items and the poor vendor has to refund the customers. You can read the reviews online as everyone there have had the same experiences that I've had with them. There are no supervisor or manager contact as they never take responsibility for their actions. I am shocked they are able to be in business and keep ripping businesses off by "losing" packages. I just hope someone would finally keep them accountable. I am attaching the tracking record showing it was recieved by them on March 3rd and never made it out.

Intelcom Express Intelcom has been opening my packages

Intelcom has been opening my packages to see what is inside they can steal. It happens often, my parcels are open! The Drivers are thieves! I just received a parcel on Tuesday and it was open six inches, just enough to get your hand in there to steal. Luckily there was nothing of value to steal but the driver took back my package out of my hands after I said "It's been opened" he acted like he didn't speak English, he shrugged his shoulders while looking guilty. Intelcom cancelled my items somehow, package is "undeliverable". I had to call Amazon for a replacement. I am convinced that they are stealing items for resale. I buy stuff off Amazon and get this company Intelcom for delivery every time and it's a horrible experience each time. The delivery drivers are lazy, they are clearly thieves and unreliable as workers, why would you hire people who make your company look this bad? I called and begged Amazon to stop using this company. Intelcom broke my package full of make up, not once, not twice but FIVE times! I eventually got it all free and I got $30 gift from Amazon. I don't want free stuff, I just want the items I paid for thank you. Please stop using INTELCOM for deliveries Amazon! and SIMRANJEET in Sudbury Ontario needs to be fired, back ground check your Thief workers! Thank you!

Desired outcome: I want the items I paid for in the UNOPENED package delivered to me at my door as I paid for through Amazon.

Intelcom Express Delivery guy

Stupid delivery guy uses the call box(For once). I remotely open the door and end the call. Instead of calling again or coming up, the idiot [censored]ing left.

This is at least the 5th time this crap happens with Intelcom, and this is unacceptable.

I should not be dealing with this crap.

Every time a delivery of mine uses this service, something goes wrong.

I have a busy schedule. I do not have the luxury to kindly wait for them at the entrance.

This delivery service should be removed from Amazon.

Desired outcome: For the delivery guys to do their [censored]ing job!

Intelcom Express Package never received

On several occasions, my packages were not delivered to my apartment door but rather, left in the lobby of my building where they can, and have, gotten stolen!

I recently purchased an item on Amazon and unfortunately, Intelcom was the courier handling the delivery. I purposely supplied a Canada Post drop off location address rather than my home address as I figured it would be a safer place to have the item delivered seeing as its a Government institution. Again unfortunately, the driver was unable to find the post office and the item was returned to the Intelcom warehouse.

I called customer service to inquire about my package whereabouts. I was told it was in their warehouse and would be reshipped soon. I supplied my home address instead and I was told that the driver can call me directly when they are nearby, so that I can meet them in the lobby (I live in a large apartment complex that can be confusing to get around in, so I gladly offered to meet the driver downstairs).

I waited days but never got an update on my package. I called a 2nd time and was told the same thing, "when the driver is nearby, he'll call you". I even asked what phone number they had on file, just to make sure. They confirmed the correct phone number and I hung up. I waited again for days, and again, no package; no phone call.

I called a 3rd time and was told the same thing again, basically, keep waiting and someone will call you.

After not hearing from anyone, I posted a negative review about Intelcom on Google and someone from Intelcom replied to my review with an email address. I emailed them and explained the situation about how I never got my package and that I had called 3x.

I was supplied a 1-833 phone number to call, which I did, only to be told the package was sent back to Amazon!

No one mentioned that the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time I called. I waited for my package all this time, only to find out it wasn't even in their warehouse.

Desired outcome: I simply want my package sent back to me and this horrible company shut down for good! They are not supplying a service but rather, a headache for anyone that has to deal with them!

Intelcom Express Have amazon prime

Delivery of product is all over the map. some days they are on time... some times its way past its due date and I even get a refund but then the product shows up. mismanagement and the lack of coordinating a small town hub behoves me. sometimes they put the parcel in a bag, then post it on my street post, some times its in my actual box and sometimes its in the bush. we get notices of saying extreme weather when it is -1 and sunny with roads clear. They do not care, have gone down to the main office and tried to talk to someone and they actually laughed. Fed-ex shares the same office area and they state people come in all day long complaining and nothing happens. this is the Prince George location. Fedex and Intelcom share the same floor space. I want an audit of what is happening in our town. this is horrific.

Desired outcome: I Want an Audit done on this location. Management should be reviewed as this is appalling. do not have this issue with any other carrier in town.

Intelcom Express Delivery and customer service

I have a bright orange sign on my front door stating where parcels can be safely left, as is required by local by-laws. The delivery drivers continue to leave parcels on my front step where they are stolen. I called customer service at 9:30 (mst) Feb 6/23 to resolve the issue and was told without a tracking number they could do nothing for me. I explained that it was multiple packages and asked if they could check my address to ensure all issues were addressed. He guy refused and just kept saying when I had a tracking number, "they were always there for me". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I called back at 12:45 the same day after finding 3 tracking numbers. The guy starting speaking over top of me almost immediately and then told me it was his turn to talk. I got hostile and told him I wasn't done explaining my concerns and would he let me finish. As soon as I began to speak he started talking over me again. I raised my voice and told him I was trying to ask for clarification as to how to ensure my parcels were left where I wanted them. He informed me that there was no note on file so he couldn't start a complaint. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he couldn't do that. I asked why not, that I was entitled to speak with a supervisor if I asked and he told me he couldn't transfer the call. I asked for a number I could call then and be told me he didn't have one I'd have to find it myself. I asked about the delivery note and explained that the by-laws of Regina state I need a sign posted where it can be seen by all delivery personnel and he said that it didny matter, it wasn't in their system but that they can't put a permanent note on. I asked about the tracking number of a parcel where I had emailed delivery instructions that hadn't been followed and he refused to look up the number and told me he was disconnecting the call so he could answer the next call in the queue. My issue was never resolved because he wouldn't stop speaking over me to actually listen to my concern. Delivery companies and required to follow the local laws, how is it that this company is getting away with not and blaming the customer?

Desired outcome: I would like the delivery personnel to place my parcels in the locations, depending on size, where I've asked. I'd also like to speak to a supervisor regarding their so called customer service personal.

Intelcom Express Delivery of amazon order.

Re. INTLCMD343369691 1 box containing 6 Amazon orders. Have received numerous deliveries from this carrier, always excellent - dropped off at my front door, without a problem. Today's order left OwenSound for delivery around 10am. Kept on checking my front door - nothing. After 6pm the tracking system showed "parcel delivered at 6.10 pm". Checked my door again - nothing there. I am disabled and can only walk with a walker and canes. Called my neighbour and with his help managed to get outside. And there, at the end of the driveway, in front of the garage doors, sat a box, in the middle of snow, mud and a puddle.

Nobody had rung the door bell either, and by this time it was pitch dark. Plus I cannot see the garage doors from inside my house anyway. When trying to retrieve the box with a small trolley, it fell apart (the card board had gotten wet). But it was only canned cat food for my cat, so nothing was damaged (just wet and muddy, no big deal).

Since all my previous deliveries (at least 50 or more!) had always come to the front door, I did not expect this.

Desired outcome: I used to quite often receive E-mails asking if there were special delivery instructions. Why was this discontinued? I would from now on specify that deliveries be dropped off at the door, or at least the door bell be rung to alert me.

Intelcom Express Expensive item stolen while in transit

I ordered a Canon RF 24-105 lens for my DSLR camera worth $2,007 after taxes on January 31, 2023. It was supposed to be delivered the next day of February 01, 2023. Two days passed and the package never arrived. The Amazon tracking says that the package was already picked up by the courier (Intelcom) and was supposed to be on the way. They never delivered.

Desired outcome: Amazon should review their contract with Intelcom. Just read all the complaints being posted here. A lot of packages are being stolen with this courier/company.

Intelcom Express Failure to deliver ordered items from Amazon

I placed one order with three items. I waited weeks for the items to be delivered. I had to call intelcom several times and whenever I did I was told that my address would not map on their system. My road is clearly marked with a sign. I have a visible fire lot number at the end of my driveway. My address comes up on google maps and I’ve never had an issue with any other delivery service. Two of my items arrived on separate days three weeks after they were supposed to be delivered. I still was missing the third item (all from the same order). When I called intelcom yet again, I was told the product was unavailable. When I signed into Amazon, I saw a note saying there was an error with my address or my address could not be found and my items had been returned (yet two of the other items from the same order were delivered). I am beyond frustrated with the unprofessionalism of this company, their disorganization and inability to deliver items which is the sole purpose they exist. Every time I call to rectify the issue it seems as though nothing can be done to have my address map on their system yet my address clearly marked and I am receiving partial deliveries. I have contacted Amazon who say there is nothing they can do to change how my items are delivered and I’ve asked intelcom to no longer be responsible for delivering my items, but what other choice do I have if they have the contract with Amazon.

Desired outcome: Simple - I want to receive the packages that I order in a timely manner. I want my address fixed on their system so that I don’t have to continuously waste my time calling in and receiving zero help or solutions.

What the hell, you promised delivery on afternoon on Thurs. jan. 26th (in Prada 1 1/2 hrs away from Kenora) & Now it is Fri. Jan 27th & NO DELIVERY? Absolutely Unacceptable! Amazon will now have to compensate me for over the 1 hr. travel down an ice road to pick up my Amazon package when & or if it ever gets delivered? Where is Fed-Ex when you need them?

PLEASE Tell me the exact time when or if my Amazon package will arrive as promised?

Intelcom Express Delivery of parcels coming from the US

I live in Winnipeg. This company is no stranger to me. They have never done a simple straight forward delivery. Always says an attempt of delivery has been made, they just buy time until they find any private deliverer. Which takes ages to get it done, and find themselves an excuse if the item is stolen or missing.

I have lost an expensive parcel before with this kind of trickery.

That are still in business, and they still do a bad job, what gives ? ? ?

Intelcom Express Delivery times

I received an email from Intelcom on the 16th of January that my parcel from Amazon is on a truck out for delivery and I would have the parcel in the next 3 hours. After waiting the entire day, I did not receive anything.
I did call Intelcom today (17th of January) and was told that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours more.

This is not the first time that Intelcom is delivering late so I called Amazon to complain about Intelcom and de-privatize Intelcom from the courier list.
Amazon confirmed that Intelcom received the parcel from Amazon on time and has it in their possession.
Amazon promised me to find a different Currier for my future shipments, like post Canada or UPS.
Amazon informed me that if the package will not arrive until the 18th of January (tomorrow) I can initiate the refund.

The way Intelcom customer service is treating its clients is unacceptable and to make matters worse they send email to clients announcing that the parcel is on the road out for delivery in the next 3 hours but in fact they know that they will not deliver for a cpl of days later.
In other words, they are flat out lying to their clients.
No reason or explanation is given by them whatsoever.
My Advice - forget about Intelcom>

Desired outcome: Amazon has to choose a different currier as their partner or lose customers.

Intelcom Express Amazon.ca /Intelcom delivery INTLCMD194560818

A part of a recent amazon.ca order (3 books) was submitted to Intelcom for delivery. The shipping address given by me to amazon was given in presumption that amazon would use Canada Post to deliver 100% of the order's items. This shipping address was a house closed in winter; but the local Canada Post postmaster knows this and keeps all my mail at the post office. Cut to the chase: on the day of delivery, 21 December 2022, I received email notification from Intelcom that they would be making delivery that day. I immediately called Intelcom, and changed the shipping address to where I am residing (the address I use for other courier deliveries during winter). Intelcom said that's fine, we'll have it there tomorrow (22 Dec) instead. The next day came and nothing, the next week, nothing. I called 10 January; the agent assured me that he'd send a message to the depot, that I'd hear back within 48hrs. Nothing. I called back today, 13 January, to be told variously that the parcel was at a warehouse 25 minutes drive away, and that the parcel was lost and that I should seek compensation from the seller. I asked for the address of the warehouse, and was informed--rather abrasively and dismissively--that the facility was unavailable for client pick-ups. I have already been refunded by amazon.ca however I do not wish to re-order the books on the off chance that Intelcom succeeds in recovering and delivering the parcel.

Desired outcome: For Intelcom to fulfill its very simple task. With the sophistication of tracking in 2023, this ought to be extremely straightforward. I want my parcel.

Intelcom Express Delivery of package

I ordered a book from Amazon on Thursday evening. Delivery was supposed to be Sunday, January 15. It was delivered today (January 13) at 11:40 am. He chose not to walk up my driveway to put at my backdoor (about 6 inches of snow on the ground). Instead, he jammed it into my mailbox. But it didn't fit, so he left the mailbox open. Not 5 minutes later, the snow plow went by and soaked everything (inside the mailbox, and the box itself).

He jammed it so hard, that it took me 10 minutes to pry it out (and that is not an exaggeration).

The box was soaked, but luckily I got it fast enough (25 minutes later because I had to shovel to get out to the mailbox, and then pry it from the mailbox), so the book was only damp (usually books are wrapped in plastic, but not this one). I was and still am beyond angry. He was a "big" person, as opposed to me, and was wearing boots, so he could have easily brought it up to my back door.

Desired outcome: I want acknowledgement that he made a mistake, an apology, and some sort of compensation (not necessarily a refund, but something for my trouble and the parcel's condition).

Intelcom Express Delivery Drivers

The drivers never ring the doorbell or knock when they deliver a package. I have a HUGE sign on my door saying to ring doorbell or knock if delivering a package. They look at it and walk away. IDIOTS. It only takes 1/2 a second to do it.

They also place packages right in front or against the door that needs to be opened to get the package. Been several times where the door would not even open and had to go through garage just to get outside to grab the package. Again IDIOTS.

Desired outcome: Retrain all the drivers and the companies that drive for them. They need to deliver packages the right way. Ring the doorbell or knock, and NEVER place the package against or in front of the door.

Intelcom Express Lost items

I had 3 packages that were supposed to be delivered and still have not received them I contacted intelcom courrier Canada and they made the excuse that my products were probably lost in transit even though it says they are still sitting in prince rupert bc and the person told me it isn't in their warehouse without even checking.. I would like a reply back asap and would like to get this matter resolved

Intelcom Express Amazon return pickup

I have been waiting since Dec 29th for intelcom to pick up my Amazon return. We received a text message that they would pick up that day. No show! Rescheduled for next available date Jan 5, received text on Jan 2nd. No show on either day! Have rescheduled again for next available date January 12th and it better get picked up this time. This is the third time that I've had an Amazon return with intelcom as they never showed for the first return and it went past the return expiry date.

Also had a package this week that was supposedly delivered but was nowhere to be found.
One of the neighbours kindly delivered a parcel to the house before Christmas that they received and we've delivered 2 parcels that we received to their rightful owners in the last few months.
One would think that for a "respectable" delivery company that you could be more responsible and professional.
One more thing: your customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful.

Desired outcome: Pick up my return asap and deliver my parcels here and not at the neighbours!
