Integrity Garage Door Repair review: Ripped off

I dont know who wrote these reviews but none of them match what I went through. First time they never communicated I waited for hours for them to show up after they gave me my estimate. Then he didnt know how to write up an estimate. He was on his phone talking to his buddies most of time he was working! Then when he was done gave my 78 yr old mother a totally different price then what we were quoted. And she paid it. I called an complained and they reimbursted her 300 dollars. Then they had to come back cause it broke again. I had to call them to see if it was covered by warrenty. We needed a new motor. He was going to charge me 1300 plus labor to install a new motor. When I said I was calling someone else to get a quote he dropped the price in half. I agreed to it but still felt uncomfortable with it. I called a different company and cost would be 500 for motor and instalation! Come to find out there have been many complaints about the severe over charging this company has been doing to seniors! Then I find out that what I was charged for the first repair had I gone with different company I would have gotten a totally new door system including the door! Had I stayed with them would have paid 3700 dollars just for the repairs where with my other company 2000 for complete new system. They prey on seniors and people who dont know anything about garage doors. Am very angry that this was done to my 78 yr old mother! Am concidering further actions!
