Instagram account with the username @aslankaos was disabled on September 14, 2025, under the justification of “account integrity,” even though I did not violate any rules. Despite being a real person, my access was terminated directly without being given any opportunity for identity verification or additional review.
I was conducting my commercial activities and managing advertisements through this account. Due to the unjust closure of the account, I have been unable to work for approximately 90 days, cannot reach my customers, and cannot manage my advertisements. As a result, I have suffered an estimated financial loss of approximately 400,000 TRY, and my business has been severely negatively affected.
In order to recover my account, I have repeatedly submitted appeal forms, opened support requests, and sent emails; however, I have not received any concrete response, and my account remains disabled. As a legitimate user, I request that my account be reviewed again, that the necessary steps for identity verification be made available to me, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible.
I request that the long-standing harm I have suffered be remedied and that this unjust situation be brought to an end.
