Every so often this happens. They double charge you. I'm not talking about the hold amount. They actually double charge you for the entire purchase. I chatted online and got nowhere. Ended up in limbo waiting for a manager. I believe they do this to inflate their numbers. We need to file a class action lawsuit against bad practices. Large companies, like this will do nothing to change. It is obviously an issue with them. To hold people's money hostage for x number of days shouldn't happen. You shouldn't be double charged period and it needs to stop. Join me in filing a class action lawsuit.
Recommendation: Use KROGER not this shitty company.
