I usually buy parker and simpson 20s in the blue but I have noticed recently that some of the cigarettes taste like menthol which I absolutely hate! Before I turn to another product I'd like to le you know about this and ask what is going on? It costs far too much for a pack and I'm sick of wasting my money on a product I'm not happy with.

Good afternoon, I have smoked riverstone 25g since it came onto the market, I have always smoked a rum flavoured tobacco and have got lots of friends now smoking the riverstone also after I told them how good the product is, lately I have noticed a small dark putty type substance inside each pouch, first there was only a small amount and as weeks have gone buy some pouches have had up to 4grams of this stuff per pouch which overall adds up to quite a bit when im smoking two and a half 25g pouches a week. I buy my smokes in at our local woolworths located at woodford 4514, queensland, australia, thanks craig mckay, 40 bleakley rd, delaneys creek 4514, or [protected]@bigpond.com

Firstly hate to complain although I feel the need to bring this to your attention. I purchased a pkt of 15 gm Parker and Simpson Tobacco from Woolworths Warnbro Shopping Centre today. After smoking a few cigarettes I noticed a piece of wrapper as I got some tobacco. As I opened up the tobacco to see why I noticed a whole wrapper plastic and paper had been grinded through the Tobacco I have already smoked. My question is how do I return these for a refund?

I bought a JPS Blue 25g pouch from my local Coles on Saturday afternoon, 24 July 2021.
As I have gotten through my pouch to the bottom half and began to roll a smoke this evening I have found a ball of fluff/hair that was through the tobacco. I pulled it out and was disgusted. I have taken a photo for proof.
I have been smoking for years and have never come across this and would hope no one else does.
I live alone, and do not share my pouch with anyone. There is no way possible that this ball of fluff/hair has made its way to my pouch by my own doing. I have short blonde hair and do not own any animals. The fluff/hair varies of brown, white and grey. Let alone has it gone through to the bottom half of my pouch with out myself noticing to begin with.

Hate complaint but feel I need to sorry. I bought my normal pack of 30 parker and simpson golds and had about 3 to 4 smokes noticing a change in strength. Double checked the pack to make sure they were gold and they were. Baffled I had a closer look at the cigarettes them selves and on closer inspection noticed what looks like pin or needle [censored]s in a few smoke I took a pic of a couple and not all the cigarettes had the pin [censored]s. Not willing to take a chance I tossed them in the bin and immediately went and bought more. A few smoke had tobacco fall out into bottom of pack aswell

The last 15 or so pouches of champion ruby 25g rolling tobacco have had bark or something in them black clumps weighing upto 2 grams . Sometimes there's more then 1 in a single pouch of tobacco. Clearly not a happy customer .

I purchased a packet of Horizon 93mm Long Red Cigarettes last night 24th June 2021 at 5.55pm from Woolworths 3091 Mernda Village (Cnr Mernda and Galloway Drive, Mernda VIC 3754)
I opened up packet, the colour of cigarettes looked different, thought the company had possibly changed filter colour from brown to white however, after offering a cigarette to my son & daughter-in-law & lighting up one myself, the taste was disgusting, my daughter-in-law inspected the cigarette & found Davidoff written on filter.
I am pretty angry given we are in Covid lockdown here in Melbourne, my work hours have been reduced, thus reduction in wages, I cant really afford paying top dollar but treat myself rarely to this brand of cigarettes.
Because I had opened & smoked cigarette along with sharing a couple with my son & daughter-in-law, I cannot have a refund from supermarket.
I don't know why there is Davidoff cigarettes inside a packet of Horizon 93mm, the attendant opened a new carton to retrieve packet, something has gone very wrong.

I've been smoking White ox for the past 10 years and for the past 4 to 5 years I buy nothing but 50g pouches and haven't had a problem except for probably the last 3-4 pouches have had almost a quarter of bark and still very damp. I'm absolutely fuming as I pay between $110-$125 for each pouch. I've never had to complain before and hope I don't have to again as Ive always enjoyed my white ox.

Rat feaces located in tobacco.
I have been smoking tobacco for 25 years, Until now I have never lodged a complaint, even when occasionally disappointed with quality of product ( bark/ sticks etc). Please see attached photos.
Any other information can be provided upon request.

I just purchased a pouch of this and to find bits of black things in my tobacco.

I would like to be compensated for this, as I feel I have to throw this packet out.

To whom it my concern, I have been smoking your products for 15 years and recently I am appauled because In two pouches now I have found what looks to be rat [censored] in my tobacco. This is ment to be "premium" tobacco yes? With how much we now pay you think we could actually get a premium product, without the sticks, droppings and other things im sure we can not smoke.

I purchased a 25g pouch of White Ox Superior Dark Bend on 15/7/2021 at 8:44pm
The tobacco is extremely dry with alot of bark through it. So dry that its difficult to roll into a cigarette and either crumbles and falls out the end or is impossible to smoke as the bark won't light and burns out with a disgusting taste. The packaging has been compromised and as a result the product has become stale. I am seeking a replacement as it is a significant expense and I did not get what I paid for. I am writing to inform you i recently purchased a 50g pouch of bank tobacco and found the cut of the tobacco to be quite unsatisfactory. There were many larger pieces of 'wood' in amongst the tobacco the largest of which was the length of a lighter. What the hell man? you sellin bark or tobacco? I have been smoking bank tobacco for 7 years now but recently the pouches seem to contain more & more unsmokable wood as opposed to tobacco.

I regularly buy the 5 pack tally ho which is the expensive rollie paper and in each individual pack there is 5 to 10 papers which don't stick. Each time I try lighting, relighting, resticking and then usually try another paper on top which also doesnt stick. With Tobacco so expensive as well as how disgusting it is to unroll and reroll and lit ciggi, this is just not okay.

We have been purchasing for a cpl of years now and recently we have noticed in nearly every pouch purchased there are huge clumps of tar product in them
We do not want to change but if the product control is not effective something needs to be looked at

I have noticed over the past 2-3 months that the quality of the cigarettes has dropped significantly.
Packing is average at best. Bark in the tobacco, holes in the cigarette paper wrapping.
For example Code 9 [protected] with 21365 number on cigarette wrapping has holes all along the cigarette.
Barking in the cigarette is at an all time high. With the barking falling off in lumps has bunt tablecloths furniture and clothing.

I have smoked Horizon for a long time and the quality has be very high.

as stated the product horizon white 30s is not the same as usual and i have been buying this brand for a number of years
they are not drawing properly and extinguish faster than normal
has there been a change to the formula/ingredients ?
i buy cartons and all in this carton have been sub quality and i am reluctant to buy this product again if it going to be ongoing
the reason i use this site to complain is that after 2 hours of searching i have been unable to find any way to contact directly to Imperial Tobacco Australia

Over half my cigarettes are non-smokable as the filters are not attached properly or have small holes. You can see in the video the small holes around where the filter is attached to the cigarette. Almost every smoke in this packet I have not been able to suck in properly due to the hole in the filters. This is incredibly frustrating as it was the last packet I could afford until pay day

My Name is Nick Zambakides I had been smoking white ox tobacco for approximately 20years and have in the last couple of years experience a increasly downturn in the quality of the tobacco packaged in both the 50 and 25gram pouches, I have held my peace without complaint but with the increase in the price per pouch recently I can not justify what I am buying with my hard earned cash. I have saved my last 50gram pouch and my 25gram pouches, I demand I full replacement of there's pouches and a explanation as to why this problem is happening, even with the high quality urgencies you say you implement.
