Parker & simpson
Good morning,
I'm writing to complain about the Parker & Simpson Blue 40's. I have bought a couple of packets now from my local woolworths store on the 19th & 22nd of March 2022 that have cigarettes where the filter paper isn't rolled on properly, which makes it un-smokable. Thos is extremely frustrating due to the cost of each packet in Australia.
Desired outcome: I would be grateful to be either reimbursed the packets of cigarettes or the cost of the packets of cigarettes please.
quality control
bought a carton of parking simpsons blue for 10:40 and 12 pack it from the cartoon had to imperfect cigarettes so they didn't have proper filter. both were separated and filters didn't have full cover correctly so couldn't really smoke them without a filter.
Very frustrated as ended up running out of smokes as thought at least 2 left... bugger 😬
Desired outcome: replacement and compensation please 🙂 bloody things expensive 😪

Tally Ho papers
Hello,
I have now purchased between 7 and 10 packets of Tally Ho paper and the glue continues to be defective. This isn't the first time this has occurred over the past 2 years however this is the first time I have consistently encountered defective packets. This is now beyond a joke and I hope you can address the matter. Please advise.

I bought a new pouch of tobacco as I got to the bottom of the pouch I found paper with writing on it and I thought the tobacco tasted a little strange probably from the paper threw it as I’ve smoked champion for over 15 years I’m a little upset about this the product was bought at the service station on Bourke Street Wagga on the 20th of this month I'll be happy with a pouch of tobacco or 2 for my troubles

Champion rich red 25g tobacco
For about the past month, I've noticed the size/amount of tobacco I've been getting in has been significantly noticeably smaller than usual/ what it should be. It is clearly visible that the pouch is crushed/flattened on one end and that is it not filled with tobacco like the other end is. Not to mention the over consistency/quality of the tobacco has been all over the place. One pouch it's good, next it's all dry, under filled and there's heaps of steam and bark. This isn't good enough. I'm paying almost $60 a pouch, for a premium tobacco. This is just showing how much effort is actually been put in to your product and the lack of respect shown to the consumers. I would expect from a premium brand, especially one that used to be so consistent and have excellent quality products.
Desired outcome: Redound of at least 2 pouches of tobacco and or reassurance that the amount of tobacco put in the pouches is actually 25 grams.

Parker & Simpson red 40's
We've smoked Parker & Simpson reds for 1-2 years. We buy a pack of 40's every 2-3 days always from South Grafton Coles.
In January, we noticed our cigarettes were snapped or had holes in them. Through January and February it was only 3-5 damaged cigarettes per pack. We weren't impressed but figured it might have been a bad batch. We bought 13 packs of cigarettes in this time and every pack had damaged cigarettes. Ill go in the middle and say each pack had 4 damaged cigarettes, that is still 52/520 cigarettes.
In March, the number of damaged cigarettes dramatically increased. So we started documenting the date of purchase and number of damaged cigarettes per pack. We have bought 8 packs (so far!) in March, with 92/320 cigqrettes damaged. The dates of purchase and number of cigarettes damaged are listed below:
01/03/2022 - 19/40
04/03/2022 - 15/40
06/03/2022 - 7/40
08/03/2022 - 9/40
11/03/2022 - 8/40
13/03/2022 -12/40
16/03/2022 - 8/40
18/03/2022 - 14/40
We tried to take them back to Coles but they won't refund or replace them. They said they are only a reseller and we have to contact the manufacturer. We are paying nearly $60 per pack. We will be changing brands if the issue isn't rectified or continues.
Desired outcome: We would like replacements of what we have lost. The damaged cigarettes total 144/840. Money wise that is $210, that's not acceptable.

Hello,I've been smoking for 24 years love the A grade white ox but unfortunately over the last year, my tobacco is less pouches have gotten a lot bigger with less tobacco, I love the brand as I said been smoking ox for years. Enough of the stems hope you can fix this, I will stay loyal to your product , but how's about sending a old fella out a pouch or 10 lol much love number 1 aussie ox smoker#fixme up

Riverstone premium rum blend tobacco
I have bought several pouches of Riverstone tobacco which have hard black tar lumps in it which you can't use. It has been happening over the last couple of weeks, I have included photos of the lumps and the packet of tobacco. If you don't resolve this issue I will change tobacco brands and warn others of the problem.
Parker and Simpson Blue 15g pouch
Last 2 packets have had blobs of black tar-like stuff through the pouch.
NOT HAPPY...Will no longer purchase this crap.
Might as well throw your $$ away if you buy this

I've been with this brand now almost 15yrs over the last 3 months I've gotten about 4 pouchs 3x 50g and 1x 40g that are dry as hell definitely not a pleasant experience and at $118 x 3 and 1x $98 u can bet I'm mad as hell.

Hi I bought a 50gm pack of white ox 7/3/22 at food land Henley beach square and I got this much bark out of the first 10 gram i have never had this much bark before .I buy 50 gram every 3 day .so if I can get my refund or even a new packed thank you my number [protected]

03/03/2022 i bought a packet of Riverstone roll your own tobacco and it had a few pieces of bark in it . bought from coles perth cbd

24/02/22 @ 1100 am approximately I brought 2 pkts of 25gm roll your own as it's cheaper than 1 × 50gm. I rolled a smoke for my long drive. 20 minutes later I pulled over to roll another smoke as I had to drag the living living beep out of my last one same thing happened so I checked my pouch and found chunkey bits of tobacco. I checked my other new packet and found the same problem. I turned back around and headed back to Woworths to get a refund. After showing them all my evidence of the chunkey tobacco in both packets they refused to refund me.
Desired outcome: Either my money refunded or my 2 × 25gm of Riverstone Rum roll your own please. Thank you. And can you growl Woolworths please for not refunding me

I bought a packet today 28/02/22.717pm. enhance service station. opened packet noticed tobacco is different completely. Colour smell taste etc. never happened in 30 years. now I don't know to keep it for you because I can't even smoke it. I didn't keep a receipt of purchase. The last two packets of jps blue 93mm cigarettes i have purchased from coles supermarket in Altona Meadows shopping centre,vic.The first packet seven of 20 cigarettes the filters fell off like they weren't glued.The next packet a few days later the same thing.Light it,as soon as you ash it,The filter is in your hand and cigarette has fallen out. They were purchased on 20/2/2022 & 24/2/2022.Thank You.

Horizon menthol
I have smokes horizon menthol my whole smoking like as I feel they are smooth and fresh.
I ran out of my usual 50s pack and went to Woolworths to get a 20 pack. When I was handed the box I made sure they were the right ones. When I arrived home I opened the pack to find they were NOT menthol. At first I thought I must have read wrong and I was given the wrong ones. So I looked at the packet and it said horizon menthol.
