The bank was closed on 4-29-22 because of a local parade that lasted for 45 minutes. I couldn't deposit my money, so I put it in the Dropbox. I had bills to pay, and they were supposed to be taken out of my checking account on Monday. When I checked my bank account on Monday, they let all the charges go through, and I got charged $150 in overdraft fees. They applied my deposit to my account, but it was too late. I called them, but they were rude and unhelpful. They refused to do anything about it. My health insurance provider sent me a letter saying that I had to pay the full amount plus a late fee because of insufficient funds in my account. However, my bank statement shows that I paid it.
