We got a dinning set from Liberty Furniture through Target last year. During winter, we noticed that the table top's finish was getting worse even though we followed the care instructions. The finish started to chip and bubble at the joints. My wife called and emailed, but we were passed around and had to wait a lot, almost until the Warranty Period ended. Their customer service is not good enough for the $1,500 we paid. Last week, we had to start the process again and they told us that the defects were not covered by the Warranty (we didn't get a copy).

I got a headboard from Target. It was from Liberty Furniture. But it came without the stuff to attach it to my bed frame. I talked to someone at Liberty Furniture over a week ago. I told them the stuff was missing. They said I'd get it in 5 to 10 business days. But today, 7/2, I called Liberty and they said they'd ship the stuff today with USPS. Why didn't they email or call me to say there'd be a delay? Now I'm wondering if I'll even get the stuff. I won't buy anything from Liberty Furniture again.

Me and my hubby bought a dresser, armoire, king bed, vanity, bench, and 2 nightstands from Liberty Furniture through a nearby furniture dealer. The dealer tried to contact a Liberty rep many times over the past year and a half, but no one ever got back to us. Our furniture is white, but there's a yellow stripe on the dresser, probably where the wood or primer didn't cover it all. We can't reach Liberty Furniture ourselves and have to rely on the furniture store. The Liberty reps in our area ain't been much help. We won't buy from them again. We know we're out of warranty, but we tried to get it fixed. Terrible customer service 'cause they don't respond.

I bought a lot of furniture from Liberty Furniture Industries, Inc. through Home Living Furniture (the local store shut down). I tried to contact the retailer, but they didn't respond, so I reached out to Liberty directly. The light on my hutch broke two weeks ago (the hole is stripped, so it won't tighten). The lamp bulb is also dead. I need a new light for my desk set hutch. I contacted Liberty on December 15th, but they won't look for the part or give me the owner's manual (which wasn't included when I got the product). They told me to go back to the retailer (whose store is closed), but they're not responding to my requests for help. I'm asking for the part and confirmation that it was installed correctly at the factory. It seems like it's installed backwards because the light should shine out, but I can't be sure.

We got a lighted hutch from Liberty Furniture on April 10th. But when we tried to turn on the lights, it didn't work. We told 1stopbedrooms, the seller, but they said they couldn't get any info from Liberty because the item was discontinued. After waiting for a long time, on July 2, 1stop offered us $200 for our troubles. They said they would try to send an electrician, but they had failed three times before. We didn't think they would fix it. So we took the $200 and tried to fix it ourselves. We found out that Liberty never installed a switch for the system. Also, the top was made of cardboard and was moldy. We emailed Jennifer at Liberty many times, but she never responded. We attached three pics showing the lead with no switch, the moldy top, and the controller. Liberty says this furniture has a one year warranty.

I got a Liberty Furniture Industries, Inc. bedroom set from https://nyfurnitureoutlets.com/. I ordered 1x upholstered queen storage, 1x nightstand, 1x dresser, 1x mirror, 1x chest, and an additional 705-BR 1x Nightstand on October 14th. They said it would come in December , but it didn't. They said it would come in February , but it didn't. They said it would come in March, but it didn't. I called them and they said it might come on May 17th, but they don't know for sure. I already paid and I just want my stuff. NY Furniture is supposed to help, but they're not doing anything.

I bought a bed from Liberty Furniture's dealer and it came without the hardware to put it together. I ordered it from Furniture-Savings.com on August 24th. The bed was delivered on November 19th but without the necessary hardware. I called Fritz (XXX-XXX-XXXX) with Furniture-Savings many times to have the hardware mailed, but nothing happened. Fritz even bought and sent a UPS label to have the hardware mailed directly to Liberty Furniture, but they never used it. My wife and I started calling Liberty directly to get some satisfaction. We called XXX-XXX-XXXX on December 7 and asked for their customer service. We were put through to a representative and were told that Audrey in customer service would be the person to speak to. We spoke to Audrey later that day - December 7 and said she would work on it (Audrey's direct line is XXX-XXX-XXXX). December 8 spoke to Audrey again and were assured it would be sent UPS and picked up at 4 pm that day. We asked if they would please text us the tracking number so we could make plans for assembly, she said she would - nothing that day. We tried calling all day on December 9 but could reach no one. Today is December 10 and we still have had no contact or tracking number for the needed hardware for the bed we purchased.

I bought a bed, dresser, mirror, bench, and 2 nightstands from Liberty Furniture Industries, Inc. on 5/30/2022 and 11/28/2022. The furniture on the showroom floor was a nice white color with distressing and wood grain tops. However, the furniture I received is not consistent in the paint color, with 3 different colors - white, brownish, and yellowish. They exchanged the dresser for me, but it still looks yellowish and does not match the other pieces. The nightstands also do not match the bed, and they said they would only paint one to lighten it up. I want the manufacturer finish, not a painted piece. I called and texted, but no one has resolved the issue. I expected to receive the same as I saw on the showroom floor, but now it's an awful experience. I am not accepting the other nightstand they have and want a refund. No one has reached out to me to resolve this issue. The paint not matching is a defect in the product, and no one would be happy with brand new furniture like this. See attached photo and receipts.
