Shopping on Pensioner 10% discount day Kingston Park today . My Bonus card was declined instore -due to lack of use. I was unaware of this.
Therefore I was unable to get my 10% discount.
My husband uses his bonus card when we shop, unfortunately he's just out of hospital so I went myself.
I am attach my 2 bills totalling £77.40 one for myself and one for my family member.
The assistant didn't offer me a temp card to collect my discount.
I was told No Bonus card No discount.
This was very embarrassing and very upsetting as, being a pensioner I go on a Tuesday purely so I can save a bit of money on shopping by using your kind discount.
I await your response to this.
