GoIbibo review: Dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding an unresolved issue related to my refund payment multiple attempts to contact your customer care

Dear Goibibo Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding an unresolved issue related to my booking with Goibibo. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer care, including speaking to supervisors and a senior representative named Yashika and supervisor Shivam Kashyap, my case remains unresolved.

The matter is that I was to board a bus (Harikesh Tour N Travel) from Basari to Delhi with my family on 25th May at 06:50 PM. I reached the boarding point at 5:40 PM, before the scheduled arrival time of the bus. By then I did not receive any call or message regarding the update of the bus. So I called the bus operator to know the location of the bus. The bus operator said that the bus had been cancelled 24 hours ago. Then I called Goibibo's toll free number and I was informed that the bus has been cancelled. I have not received any update from you. Also, I confirmed this on a conference call as calls were not being received from your side.

I was assured multiple times that my refund would be processed, but till date, no refund has been credited, nor have I received a clear explanation or solution. When I called I was told that the bus has arrived

If the bus arrived, who confirmed that the bus was cancelled 24 hours ago?

If the bus arrived, by which route did it come, as I was already at the boarding point yet I was not contacted and there was no message from your side regarding the arrival of the bus?

I request you to look into the matter immediately and issue the pending refund without any delay. Please consider it urgent, as I have exhausted all initial support channels.

If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the National Consumer Helpline and initiate legal proceedings.
