I saw it for the last time for sure. I've had enough.
I ordered 6 items and all of them were terrible. Bad quality, cheap material. Excuse me, but I would want to see a woman who wouldn't be embarrassed to wear it. And I didn't buy cheap items, they were pretty expensive. What a disrespectful treatment. Moreover, 3 of them were in the wrong size, smaller. Even though I used your charts for ordering. Terrible.
Quality is hit an miss. They also sent the wrong items and will not fix their errors. Making me just through hoops and send so many emails. Their solution is to refund you 10% of the wrong item cost and tell you to buy the correct item again. Customer service is terrible.

I ordered a hoodie and joggers I opened my parcel and I believe the items were used and worn out I am very disappointed hence it’s my first purchase from this shop.
Will not refund as more than 30 days. Will not return the items to me as 'they haven't received the parcel'. Expecting me to contact ASDA when ASDA emailed me to say they had sent it back to I SAW IT FIRST (6th March). This was 8 weeks ago. Still no refund/clothes. They have robbed me of £50.
Awaiting a refund from this retailer after sending proof of delivery return and several emails! Please kindly refund me my £57!
All the clothing I've ordered is rubbish material and see through, who wears see through clothing? Really nice outfits aswell. Doesn't look see through on the pictures, different shade of colour on the pictures. Cheaply made just as bad as pretty little thing now
