This credit union is the worst I've ever dealt with!
This credit union is the worst I've ever dealt with! IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union is terrible. I can't even log into my account that I've had for 3 years! I can't seem to reach anyone or reset my username/password. If you have the option, I strongly recommend choosing anything other than ihmvcu!
I used the ITM to depozit cash
I used the ITM to depozit cash. As soon as the depozit went in the mashine turned off. I waited to see if it would come back up. It took a while for it to reboot but said it was out of order when it did. I went to another mashine. The teller said they would review the transaction. I waited for a couple minutes. She got back on and said they reviewed it and said the depozit drawer never opened. Impossible! I have to wait for someone else to review. Who's to say that the person that reconciles the mashine won't just take my cash and say it wasn't in there? Do we need to record these transactions ourselves as well? How do I even dispute this? They have camera's pointing at our faces but nothing to view the depozit slot?
This bank is the worst ever
This bank is the worst ever. The one on Kimberly Road across from Walmart in Davenport, Iowa. They are thieves. I made a car payment early on the first of the month. The payment isn't due until the 18th. I told the teller to hold the check because the car was going back to the dealership and they were going to buy out the loan. I want that money back. I called her at 9 am on the first of October. They said it was from a number 563.xxx.6252 that isn't even my number. I changed that number a LONG time ago. Again they were supposed to change it, but they didn't. They were supposed to note my account, but they didn't. The whole phone call was on speaker phone so my husband could hear too. The teller told us both that she could and would put the note on the account and not add it to the loan. I called today, the 17th of October. The check had already gone through for the loan. That's theft. I only had the car for 6 days. The payment wasn't due until the 18th. On the 7th of the month, the dealership bought out my loan. This is their screw up, not mine. They claim that I called and talked to a girl named Amber. I didn't. The bank manager refused to give me her name and her boss's number so I could talk to her myself. The girl under Amy threatened me that if she refunds my payment, I would be liable for the rest of the loan. How? The loan was paid off. I don't have the car. The car is at the dealership. The keys have been turned over. She said that IHMVCU hasn't released the title to the dealership yet. I'm not supposed to know that. That's confidential with the dealership and the bank. I don't have anything to do with that. I want my money back. It's not my fault that the teller didn't do what she said she would do. It's not our fault that she didn't follow through. I will never bank with this bank ever again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. 227 DOLLARS ISN'T GOING TO BREAK YOU!
