I got a letter from this bank about an auto loan request from a dealership. But I never asked for a loan from this bank or any bank. This credit check messed up my credit score. I complained to the NC Attorney General about the dealership who did this without my permission.

I had some security issues with deactivating my lost debit card. I called on 10/09 night to report it and was sent to a different company to handle it. I gave them all my info to deactivate it and they said it was done. But they couldn't send me a new one. Today, 10/13, I called the bank to say I found my lost card at a local business. But they didn't have any record of my call and the card was still working.

Hometrust Bank's online bill pay service ain't been good lately. They didn't send my homeowners association payments, which made me look bad in front of my neighbors and put my water service at risk. I had to get a certified check to pay the overdue money. And now they messed up one of my credit card bills, which cost me a late fee and will hurt my credit score. I want my money back for the late fee and any other fees I had to pay because of their mistake. They better fix my credit score or pay me for my time to fix it myself.
