HomeTrust Bank - failed to submit my TFSA to CRA
Up to March 5, Revenue Canada still DOES NOT HAVE my correct TFSA updated information from Oaken Financial. All banks were supposed to have submitted their TFSA information from 2024 by Feb 28, 2025! Auto loan
Do not use them if you can. I got a loan with them through a dealership that had set everything up. 3 years later I go to refinance the vehicle with my bank and called HTB asking for the 14 day payoff amount and to Turn Off my auto payments as I don't have a login for HTB. They never turned off the auto pay and took the extra $700 that was already planned...

I got a letter from this bank about an auto loan request from a dealership. But I never asked for a loan from this bank or any bank. This credit check messed up my credit score. I complained to the NC Attorney General about the dealership who did this without my permission.

I gave them all my info to deactivate it and they said it was done. But they couldn't send me a new one. Today, 10/13, I called the bank to say I found my lost card at a local business. But they didn't have any record of my call and the card was still working.

After that, I asked *** and his boss, ***, to delete my personal financial info from their servers and take away all access. But they ignored me even though I asked them a lot of times. I never said they could use my info for anything, and when I asked them to delete it, *** just said my privacy is safe. They didn't answer any of my questions, and I don't trust their servers because their employees lied to me. If the company or the media wants to know more about the lies, I'm happy to talk.

Hometrust Bank's online bill pay service ain't been good lately. They didn't send my homeowners association payments, which made me look bad in front of my neighbors and put my water service at risk. I had to get a certified check to pay the overdue money. And now they messed up one of my credit card bills, which cost me a late fee and will hurt my credit score. I want my money back for the late fee and any other fees I had to pay because of their mistake. They better fix my credit score or pay me for my time to fix it myself.
