Hydroderm review: Cancel my account 5

For all of you that have been ripped off by Hydroderm:

I mentioned in an earlier message that I have been in contact with the California Department of Justice. Recently I received the following from their Public Inwuiry department:

Re: Alena LLC DBA Hyeroderm.

Der Mr ----

The Public Inquiry Unit of the Office of Attorney General Jerry Brown notified you that your complaint has been forwarded to the company named above . It has come to our attention that this company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on December 14 2008.

For further information about the bankruptcy and for any possible restitution for damages incurred, it will ne necessary for you to contact the United states Bankruptcy Court Directly. bankruptcy is a federal matter and is administered by the Federal District Court or its appointed bankruptcy judge.For further information regarding this issue, we suggest you write to:

Anyone interested can pursue the above course action.

I have tried to contact them in every way possible to cancel any further shipments. How convenient that when I call exactly at 6:00 a.m. on various Customer Service lines they are all busy and say that you are one of the top callers. When it gets to be your turn after waiting for almost an hour, it hangs up on you. I tried this 6 times and never got through!

I totally agree. their business practices are sub-standard to say the least. I have five different phone numbers for Hydroderm and none of them can you get through on. Seemingly they pay no attention to e-mail either.

I have not received a Hydroderm shippment in severl mounts and am now out of the product. When are you sending my shippment? Why have I not been notified of the delay?
I have my unable to review my account on line. It will npt except my password.
I would like a reply as soon as possible.

My next Hydroderm shipment was scheduled for mid-November. Because their website was "under renovation" (it has been for months!) and I was not able to manage my account on line, plus all the negative comments I was reading about Hydroderm online, I decided to cancel my membership on Oct 27. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes before I finally got through to a customer service rep. She assured me my membership was cancelled and I would receive any further shipments. Within 3 days, I noticed a charge on my credit card statement (which I will be disputing). I have yet to receive the product.
